3rd PoV
Percy's mouth opened but no words came out, his eyes peeling out of his sockets. He covered his head with his hands. Percy's breathing picked up. He was having a panic attack. Percy was hallucinating, he was going mad.
"Stop. Go away. Please." Percy whispered
He rocked himself back and forward and cradled his head. Percy spoke words to himself trying to console himself
"Come on you know that you still love me." Annabeth stretched
"No! I stopped loving you the day you hurt me!" Says Percy
"Really? Far as I remember you still love me, you kissed me." Annabeth strode forward
"No I kissed the real Annabeth," Percy replied trying to calm himself
"Percy? I-I. Stop!" Annabeth argues with her self
"Stop this madness Annabeth, I know you're in there," Percy stood up
"No. And you are mine. You gave yourself to me," Annabeth smirked
"But I can fight and I am pure. I will make you pure even if that means war, Annabeth please see some sense." Percy begged
"Percy? Who are you talking to? Are you okay?" Artemis called
"Yeah, I'm fine just talking to myself." Percy replied
"Why don't you tell the truth? Or should I?" Annabeth said evilly
"No! Don't do it!" Percy grabbed her wrist
"Okay I'll be nice but. But remember we will deal with this on the battlefield." Annabeth grinned evilly
"Please. See some sense." Percy let go of her wrist.
She started to sink into the shadows, the doorknob slowly turning as Artemis cautiously opened the door. The curtains on his four poster bed had be drawn back without Percy even realising.
"Good luck, Mònos." Annabeth disappeared
Artemis barged into the room and saw Percy shaking, sweating like a pig. She ran to him and sat him down, she felt his forehead and wiped the tears on Percy's cheek.
"Percy. Who were you talking to?" Artemis asked sternly
"No. I was just hallucinating. Nothing was real. Not real. Not real." Percy cried
"Who was it?" Artemis asked softly
"Ann-Annabeth," Percy stuttered
"Okay. Let's get you back to sleep now," Artemis pulled the sheets over Percy and tucked him tightly.
"I'm going mad aren't I? Arty?" Percy latched onto Artemis's hand
"No you're not," she caressed his cheek
"Are you sure?" He closed his eyes squeezing them shut as if he wanted to erase a memory.
She hesitated for a second. "Yes. Yes I am sure."

Artemis looked up. The stars twinkled at her, the moon high and bright. She was in a happy mood.
She suddenly felt a presence behind her, Artemis tensed up. It was only Percy. He lay a hand on her shoulder. He had slept the whole day as it was now night.
"Come on let's swap, you don't have to sleep but let me drive, you've driving for a whole day," Percy said
"Yeah, Okay," Artemis didn't bother to argue knowing she wouldn't win this one.
Artemis pulled into a small parking lot, a high pitched screech came. It was loud and clear. She glanced at Percy, his swords out ready to attack.
"You heard that right?" Artemis asked flashing her bow
"Of course I did, otherwise why would I have my swords out ready to attack?" Percy rolled his eyes
"Let's go check it out," Artemis jumped
"Stop, it might just be a diversion, or a trap." Percy stopped her
"Listen, it's an animals cry," Artemis pointed out. At that Percy shot out the door and towards the noise.
'Fair enough, he is the God of Earth anyway. So animals are his like domain, I guess'
Artemis shrugged and followed him
There he was knelt down his swords gone and at that Artemis slung her bow over her shoulder just in case.
"Hey buddy, I'm here to help," Percy slowly outstretched a hand. The creature hissed at him and growled but Percy didn't back away."Hey, I'm not gonna hurt you, only want to help you,"
At that the creature slightly relaxed and Percy was able to pull it out from under a boulder.
It was a baby lion.
"Wow. We should get back to caravan, one second but why are we driving?" Artemis said
"Because our powers will be weak in Alaska and then if we flash there then it will weaken us a even more so not a good idea." Percy explained, wrapping the lion in his jacket
"So the lion's coming with us?" Artemis walked with Percy
"Uh, it says it's not a lion plus it can shift into anything, and it's called Dæmoln." Percy entered the caravan
"Okay, So now you can speak to animals," Artemis sat in the passenger seat
"We need a name for this Dæmoln, hey buddy what your gender?" Percy asked
"Okay so he's Male, and he said that he will need to find a mate and whoever his mate will be will have an owner like him," Percy said
"Wait what?" Artemis said
"When I find my mate she will have a master like I do, my master is Lord Percy, and whoever's master my mates will be that's who Lord Percy's mate is gonna be." The Dæmoln spoke
"What the fuck he can speak!" Artemis exclaimed
"I'm a bit offended," The Dæmoln shifted into a kangaroo and crossed his arms
"Wow, I think I love you man, and we need a name for you," Percy stroked the Dæmoln
"Well lets see, I had a name before but I forgot," The Dæmoln spoke again
Percy snapped his fingers and a book appeared next to him as he pulled into the motorway. He gestured to it.
"It's a book of random names, just go through it and see what you like," Says Percy
Artemis just sat there shocked out of her head, she rubbed her eyes making sure that this was real.
"Don't worry it's all fake," she muttered to herself
"Excuse me woman but I'm extremely real!" The Dæmoln spoke offended
"She's my master so be nice," Percy scolded him
"No I'm not we're equal, in my world anyway," Artemis said
"Oh okay, then," Percy turned back to the road
For the next few hours all that could be heard was some 'oohs' and 'aahs'. And sometimes Artemis pointing out a nice name, but that all it was.
