*One Month Later*

"Thank you guys so much for watching!Like, comment, and subscribe! I love you all and you mean the world to me," I winked and covered the lens of my camera. "Can we cuddle now?" My boyfriend laughed. "Yes," I nodded and laid up next to him. "Kian," I looked up at him. "Yeah?" He smiled. "What's gonna happen when you go back to Cali?" I bit my lip. After that night in the hospital, I never went back. Tanner was sent home the next day and I haven't seen him since. Kian had called me saying he was in Kansas for a movie shoot. We got together and one thing lead to another. "I don't know yet," he played with my hair. "Long distance sucks," I looked up at him. He nodded and I sighed. I lay my head on him and he checked the time. "Ugh I should really get going. I have to film tomorrow early in the morning," he groaned and sat up. "Okay. Call me after you're done filming," I told him. "For sure," he smiled and pecked my lips. I watched Kian leave. I grabbed my glasses and my laptop to start editing the video I just filmed. When I went on YouTube, I saw one of Tanner's videos in my recommended. For the past month, I've tried to ignore his videos, but it's hard when his videos are skyrocketing. He has become so popular and I finally clicked on the video entitled, 'I Need to Confess'. It was probably some dumb clickbait, but I was curious. Tanner talked for a bit and I noticed how he changed his room. I sat back in my bed and bit my cheek. "All of you should know that I have a girlfriend. Her name is....Kate Upton," Tanner looked off to the side of the camera. "Shut up," a voice laughed. "No, but seriously. This is my girlfriend," he opened his arms and Paris walked into frame. When I saw Paris, I slammed my laptop shut and threw it to the end of my bed. I sat in silence for a few minutes until my phone rang. I picked it up and ran my fingers through my hair.

Phone Call D. Dylan L. Lindsey

D. Wanna go out to eat?

L. Why?

D. I'm hungry.

L. Okay. Pick me up.

D. I'll be there.

I hung up and walked downstairs. "Hi sweetie," my mom smiled. "Hey momma," I waved and sat down at the kitchen island. "Did you see?" She asked. "The video?" I leaned on the counter. She nodded and I sighed. "Yeah I saw," I shrugged. "Are you okay?" She questioned. "I have Kian," I said playing it off cool. "Kian is eventually going to go back to California honey," she told me. "As if I didn't already know that," I rolled my eyes. "Well what are you doing?" She asked putting a plate away. "Dylan is picking me up and we're going to get food," I shrugged. "That's good," she nodded. The front door opened and Dylan walked into the kitchen. "Speaking of the devil," I smiled."Hi Ms. Miller," Dylan waved to my mom and put his hand on my back. "Hi Dylan," she smiled politely. My mom had always loved Dylan. "Ready to go?" He asked. "Yeah," I nodded and hopped off the stool. "Bye," we waved to my mom. We got into Dylan's car and I put music on. I pulled my knee up and waited for Dylan to start moving. "Where are we going?" I asked bouncing my head to the music. "I don't know. Some diner," He shrugged and turned out of my neighborhood. "No IHOP," I said and looked out the side window. I could feel his eyes on me "Yeah. No IHOP," he agreed. Dylan pulled up to some random diner and we went inside. We both waited for a waiter to take our order. "I'll have pancakes and bacon," I said and handed him the menu. Dylan ordered his food and laughed. "Everywhere we go, you order the same thing you would've from IHOP. Why can't we go there?" He laughed.  "You know why," I lightly blushed. "Right," he nodded. Dylan and I played on our phones while we waited. I went on snapchat and saw a picture of me on Dylan's story. "Really?" I laughed and showed the picture. He shrugged and we ate our food. "You want to come back to my house?" Dylan asked as we walked out to his car. "I have to edit," I sighed. "Okay. Text me later. Maybe we can hang out," he smiled. "Thank you Dylan," I smiled and he drove me home. I said hi to my mom and went upstairs to edit my new video.

"Bye Kian," I hugged him. "I'll call you," he nodded. I watched Kian walk off and he was on his way back home. I drove home and Quentin called me. "Hospital. Now," he said and hung up. I went back downstairs to leave. "Where are you off to?" My mom asked. "Quentin told me to meet him at the hospital. I don't know what's up," I shrugged. She nodded and I started to drive to the hospital. I walked in and Quentin came running over to me. "Tanner got into a car crash," Quentin told me. My face dropped. I looked around and noticed Paris crying. "She wasn't in the car?" I questioned. "No. He was on his way home from her house," Quentin told me. Paris looked over at me and gave me a look. She was wondering why I was here, and to be honest so was I. "I haven't talked to Tanner in over a month. Why'd you call me?" I asked. "Because I know you," Quentin sighed. "You would've wanted to know," he nodded. "I'm not sitting near her," I said gesturing towards Paris. Quentin nodded and walked over to sit with Tanner's family and Paris. Dylan walked into the waiting room and looked at Quentin. Quentin must've gestured to me because Dylan looked over at me. "Hey baby. You okay?" He asked and sat next to me. "I don't know. That bitch keeps shooting me dirty looks," I rolled my eyes. He looked over at Paris and laughed. "I'll be back," I said and walked away. I walked around the hospital for a little bit and got a few things to eat. I sat in the food court and realized I wasn't hungry. I threw the food out and made my way back to the waiting room. "I don't know what she's doing here. Acting like he will fall for her again," I heard Paris say to someone. I walked around the corner and she was on her phone. Her face dropped when she saw me. I lightly laughed and started to walk back to my seat. I sat away from his family and looked out the window. Dylan sat next to me and put his arm around me. I leaned on his chest and he kissed the top of my head. Paris walked over to us and pulled me up. She yanked me over to a private area. "Don't you even think about saying anything to Tanner. You didn't hear anything," She pointed at me. "Paris, I don't think you understand. I'm here because Quentin told me to come. I am going in to see Tanner whether he remembers me or not. He used to be my friend and I am going to make sure he is okay. Once I know he is okay, he is all yours," I yanked her hand from my face. She opened her mouth to say something else, but I stopped. "I do not give a shit about you and Tanner. Keep my name out of your mouth and as far as I'm concerned, we don't know each other," I spat and walked away from her. I sat back down with Dylan and he rubbed my arm. "You okay?" He asked. "Just peachy," I shifted and smirked when Paris sat back down in her seat. After a while of waiting, the Braungardt's went back to see Tanner. That left Dylan, Quentin, Paris, and me. Quentin got up and walked over to Dylan and I. He gave me a hug and played with my hair. "Paris, you can go back," Taylor and Tristan came out. She ran back and followed Kim. Jamie, Tanner's dad whom I never talked to before, came over to us. "You three can go back," he told us. I walked back with them and sighed when we got to the door. "I'm gonna wait a minute," I whispered. Dylan and Quentin went inside and a few minutes later, I opened the door. Paris was sitting on the bed with Tanner, but he wasn't touching her. She was trying to cuddle up next to him and he stopped her. I stood in the back of the room and Tanner spotted me. "I'm sorry. I know you don't remember me..." I started. "Lindsey," his eyes started to water. Tanner sat up in his bed and practically pushed Paris off the bed. I slowly walked over and Paris watched me. "You remember?" I choked. "Everything," he nodded and a tear slipped. A tear fell from my eye and I quickly wiped it. "I'm sorry. I can't do this," I said and walked out of the room. I drove home and sat in my bedroom. Don't be stupid Lindsey. Just because he remembers, you doesn't mean he loves you. I cuddled into my blankets and fell asleep.
