The meeting was adjourned for most councilors. Percy, Leo, Me, Jason, Frank, Thalia, Carter, Walt, Magnus, Blitz, and Hearth stayed behind with Chiron. Thalia insisted on staying for the conversation, stating that she "had more of a brain then all of us combined." Blitz and Magnus began to use ASL to depict the conversation for Hearth. There was something weird about Magnus, his energy seemed off. Same with Walt, I could sense the presence of death surrounding him.

"What's our game plan?" Asked Percy.

"Well, first we should pool all our knowledge and resources." Said Frank.

"So to start, all of you guys," Leo started, looking at Carter and Magnus. "Have seen the message 'Let The Games Begin' right?"

     "Yes." Answered Carter.

     "Yup." Added Magnus.

"Okay, and all of us were invaded with monsters or whatever, that corresponded with our culture." Spoke Frank.

     "True." Said Carter.

     "Yup." Answered Magnus.

"Only girls were taken during this invasion." Said Thalia.

"Yeah, but the question is why." Said Carter.

"All these girls were-" Started Chiron.

     "-Are." Corrected Percy.

"Are very important in your given universes correct?" Finished Chiron.

"Yes, Samirah helped on my quest to find the Sword of Summer. It'd take a whole book to explain that one. Both of them were with me when looking for the Hammer of Thor." Stated Magnus, a look of nostalgia crossed his face. "They basically delayed Ragnarök, which is the end of the world in Norse mythology ."

"Wow." Mused Jason.

"Sadie and Zia." Carter said solemnly. "Helped defeat Apophis years ago. So they helped delay the end of the world as well."

"Annabeth." Percy started. He paused, a look of sadness crossed his face. "She- she helped me defeat Kronos and is one of the seven demigods who helped in the fight against Gaea."

"Hazel, is one of the seven demigods who defeated Gaea. Twice actually, back in 1942." Frank visibly flinched.

"Reyna, helped me lead the Romans into battle on Mount Othrys." Chimed Jason. "Piper. Piper was- is one of the seven demigods who vanquished Gaea."

"Then why was Caly taken?" Asked Leo. "She was imprisoned on Ogyia, she couldn't fight in any wars."

"But is she powerful?" Asked Walt.

"Yes, she has magic." Reasoned Leo, "and she's a daughter of a Titan."

"This is happening too fast." I put in. "This can't be a coincidence. Two days after the Greeks and Romans went into battle together our most powerful fighters are taken. Is this some kind of a sign?"

"I feel like our universes were always destined to unite." Responded Carter. "Remember how powerful we were Percy when we united Egyptian Magic and Greek Power together."

     "You did what!?" Choked Chiron.

"Sorry." Percy said sheepishly. "Nevertheless, Carter is right. Whoever's begins this must've done this in order to unite us all."

     "Juno?" Guessed Jason.

     "Bigger." Added Walt.

"Wait, Magnus you said that Annabeth left you a note asking you to find Percy." I addressed. "How did it get there? And where did you find it?"

"Well, you see, I'm dead." Pointed out Magnus.

"I knew it!" I broke in.

     "Wait, WHAT?" Sputtered Jason.

"In Norse Mythology they say if you die a heroic death you go to Valhalla." Noted Carter. "This is the Hotel that you are talking about right?"

     "Correct." Said Magnus.

"That's so cool!" Responded Carter, "you must be an einherji!"

"Also correct." Admitted Magnus, looking towards me. "Back to your question, after the Giants got into Valhalla they suddenly left and Alex and Samirah were gone. Totally distraught I went back to my room, and there the note was, lying on my bedside table. It gave us directions on how to get here by the World Tree. Blitzen, Hearthstone and I followed the instructions and ended up here."

"It could've been a trap." Accused Jason.

     "We were desperate." Said Magnus.

"Correction, you were desperate, Kid." Pointed Blitz.

     Magnus rolled his eyes.

"Every girl that was taken is special," I wiggled an eyebrow, "to someone at this table right?"

There were several red faces, and stutters.

"And all of us delayed the end of the world in our universes, it's all connected somehow." I pondered.

"I hate this." Percy objected, "what kind of twisted game are we playing this time?"

"I have no idea." Leo replied

"My father and mother warned me of a new threat." Carter started, "at first I was sure it was the evil magician Setne, but now I feel I was wrong."

"Weren't we all." I remarked.

At that moment Katie ran into the room, panting.

"There's-there's a package outside." She blurted. "Addressed to you guys."

We ran out of the Big House one after another. There, sitting on the grass was a brown box, held together by one strip of blue Amazon packaging tape. On the label it said 'To: The Demigods and Magicians Around The Ping Pong Table.'

"Now, that's the shadiest Amazon box I've ever seen." Declared Magnus.

"Should we open it?" Asked Katie.

At that point in time there was a small crowd of campers around the box.

"What other choice do we have?" Asked Percy.

"I'll do it." Proclaimed Leo, a serious look on his face.

Leo edged towards the box. He put his hand in one of the pouches on his tool belt and pulled out a Swiss knife. He crouched down on the ground, and slowly ran the knife across the packaging tape. He opened the flaps, one by one. And inside was a golden sphere.

"It's an Archimedes Sphere!" He exclaimed. "This has been modified weirdly."

Leo was holding it in his hand. All of a sudden it started to vibrate.

"Woah." Leo jumped, dropping it on the grass.

Out sprang a beam of light. It widened slowly, becoming a screen. On the screen three rows of three boxes popped up. And in each of those boxes was video footage of one of the girls. Chained. To. A. Wall. Their eyes were all glowing blue, they looked as if they were screaming. Underneath the boxes was the dreaded phrase we all learned to hate.

'Let The Games Begin.'
