Chapter 36 - Separated

Nash's P.O.V

Hearing the annoying alarm, my eyes pop open. As I was about to kiss Carly, I find nobody else, but myself in the bed. I walked in to Hayes' room and I find no one in there either. So I head down stairs, of course that's where they were. Going to Carly, I kiss her and stack my plates with pancakes and toast.

"Hey baby. I put all your stuff in your car." Carly said.

"Oh, thanks." She was so sweet. I know this is killing her for me to leave, but I know Hayes will take care of her.

"So where's Cam?" I ask.

"He put his stuff in your car already, he just went out to eat." Hayes said. I just nod and go upstairs to get changed.

After I was all ready, I headed downstairs to say my goodbyes. "Carly I love you, and if there's anything wrong you call me right away. Okay?"

"Okay." I press my lips on hers and finally get out the door.

Jumping in the car, I could see that Cam was sad. I ignore it and just pretend I don't notice a thing. When really, it kills me not to say a word.

Matt's P.O.V

"Watch out cause she's on the d-" Taylor finished my melody before it came out of my mouth.

As we were cruising down the road, we were blasting our music ready to see the guys, and Mahogany. Still she kinda counts as one of us. I'm so happy we all get some time to chill before Magcon, 'cause that's going to be hell. We were on our way to Texas baby! There is a lot to do there, and a lot of fun to have.

"Whatcha gonna do with that big fat butt?" I look over to Taylor, he looks back and sings, "Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle." We start laughing uncontrollably, I miss these times. All of us really never hang out anymore. We all have moved on with our lives.

At least we can enjoy our time together now.

We finally got to the hotel. Aaron and Shawn, plus carter were already there.

"Hey guys." Taylor and I said jumping on them. As we all started to talk, Nash, Cam, Mahogany and Jacob show up. Looking at Cam, I could see something was wrong, I was about to say something 'till Jacob jumped on me.

"Hayes is not gonna come. He is staying with Carly." Nash says. We all nod and start talking about everything that has been going on.

"You know what? Let's go out, let's go be crazy like the old times," Mahogany said cheerfully. "Who's with me?" She said and put one hand out.

I saw Nash jump in, "Me." He said. She smiled.

"We are." The Jacks said. Soon everyone said it.

"We are family, and that will never change." I say.

"MAGCON!" We all scream. After that we run out starting to act like ourselves again.

Mahogany and Nash run into the little shop and start screaming. They were buying random stuff. Next the Jacks and Cam run to the beach jumping in the water. Suddenly Jacob, Shawn, Taylor and Aaron pull me towards the beach shoving me in the water. Feeling the cold water, it made my body made me feel good.

"YEAH!" I scream splashing everyone. Seeing everyone smile made me happy. This couldn't be a more prefect moment.

Jumping out of the water, I find Cam sitting alone on the swing. I close my eyes feeling his sadness enter my body. "Hey, Cam. Umm you have seemed Sad almost the whole day, so why?" He just keeps his head down and says nothing.

"Please, Cameron. Tell me." Again he says nothing. I know there has to be something going on. It's something big, he is never this sad over something so small.

"It's nothing." he mutters. I give him a dirty look.

"Really? It's nothing. You know Cameron, You're a really, really bad lair." I say. He just ignores me and starts to walk away.

Maybe Nash knows why. Shooting up the hill, I see Nash and Mahogany eating dinner.

"Hey guys." I say, while grabbing a handful of Nash fries.

"Dude, really?" He says.

Mahogany laughs, "Matt, I know what you're about to do. I will kill you." She says while grabbing her milkshake out of my reach. Whatever I thought to myself,

"Um, Nash? Why is Cam so sad?" He just shrugs. Okay now I know it's big, if he won't even tell his best friend, then it's really big.

I'm going to get to the bottom of this secret, no matter what it takes.

Carly's P.O.V

"Hayes, I'm so, so, so, so, so bored." I say Sadly.

As he rolls his eyes, he pulls me up the stairs. "Where are we going?" Not saying a word, he pulls out this bracelet.

"Okay, Carly. Nash told me to give this to the girl that I thought he belonged with, and your that girl." The bracelet was sliver and had a heart on it and it said Nash. "He was eleven when he gave it to me. He knew I would know so here it is. My mom gave it to him, cause it's a tradition in the family to do it."

"Thank you." I said blushing, almost in tears. Hayes pulled me into a hug and kissed my cheek.

I started pulling old stuff out of boxes. I found some old pictures of Hayes and Nash. I also found some of Will's old stuff. Finally, I pulled out what I was really looking for. Mrs.Grier in the hospital with Nash after just having him. She looked so tired and out of breath. I looked down at my stomach and started to worry about how bad it will hurt, or if anything bad will happen during the pregnancy.

"You will be okay. Nash was really fat as a baby, that's probably why it hurt so bad." Hayes laughed.

I laughed with him and hugged him."thanks Hayes. I love you," I said. "You're the best little brother ever." He smiled.

"What ever happened to your family?" He asks. The question lingered in my mind 'till I found the right words to say.

"My...my mother hates me now. And my father's in jail. I had a little sister, well was going to have one but she died at birth." The words fell out of my mouth.

His eyes were wide and it looked like his heart sank to his stomach, "I'm so sorry." He says.

Breathing in and out, he hugs me again."That's why I want everything to be okay for this baby so that his or her life is amazing and she or he will have a family." I cry.

"The baby will have a great family. Don't you worry. He or she has Nash and you. The baby has me, and my family. Also the Magcon crew. I know that baby will have a amazing life." He says.

Walking down the stairs, Hayes and I decide to turn on the T.V and eat some popcorn for awhile."You miss Nash already. Don't you?" He says holding me.

"Yeah, I do."
