Chapter 62 - Coming✖

Nash's P.O.V

"Hayes, let's go! We got to get home!" I yell.

Cameron and Hayes run out of the store with a whole bunch of bags full of things."What the hell did you get?" I ask.

They ignore me and keep on laughing while we get into the car. Not paying attention, I start to hear their laughs rise louder. As I looked back, I find them throwing eggs out of the car.

My eyes went wide,"What the hell guys?!" I yell.

"Nash, it's fun," Hayes laughs.

"Fun?!" I say back. "You could get arrested for this!"

"Dude, chill. I'm helping him get over Melanie," Cameron says.

I hold on to the steering wheel tighter, trying not to scream at them on why this is still a bad idea. I take a deep breath, and just roll my eyes. I ignore them, and keep my eyes on the road.

I managed to calm down once I parked my car in the drive way. We got out of the car and went to the front door. Hayes and Cameron were still laughing when we walked through the door. "Idiots," I mumbled.

I find Carly sleeping on the couch with all of the gifts surrounding her. Her hair was a big mess, and her dress was half way up. Pulling her dress down, I shake her awake.

"Carly, wake up."

"Wha- I was asleep," she yawned.

I chuckled,"Yeah. Come on let's put these in the nursery."

I helped her up and I grabbed some bags and took them up into the nursery.

"How was it?" I ask. "The baby shower?"

"It was actually really good." She smiled. "Did you have fun with the guys?"

"We had fun too I guess, but the guys are still at it down stairs."

"Yeah, I know. I can hear them." I laugh, and shake my head.

Carly and I grab more bags and hurry them up the stairs. As we were about to go down the stairs. Carly stops and gives me a weird look,"Nash?" She saids in a frightened voice.

"Yeah?" I answered back worried. I can tell something's wrong. She was trying to walk to me, but it seemed as if she couldn't move.

"I think it's time."

"What?!"

She stays frozen, the only thing moving was her mouth to tell me something I didn't except to happen so soon. "Nash, my water broke."

My body stopped moving, I felt as I couldn't breath. I didn't know what I had to do. Do I call 911? What am I supposed to do?

"Nash! Hurry! Take me to the hospital!" She yells.

I helped her down the stairs and yelled for Cameron and Hayes, and also my mom.

"Mom what do I do?!" I say once she ran into the living room.

"Honey, take her. It's time for you to be a father now. She's gonna have the baby in a while." She's right. I'm about to be a dad and it's all coming so fast. How am I gonna handle it? Will I be a good dad?

Cameron and I carry Carly to the car making sure she's okay and that the baby stays inside."Carly! Keep your legs closed!" Cameron yells.

"I'm trying!" She yells back.

Speeding off to the hospital, Carly starts to cry."Nash it hurts!" She cries.

"I know baby, hang in there." I say as I try to comfort her.
