Chapter 46 - More Lies

Cameron's P.O.V

Sitting on the couch at Natalie's apartment, my mind can't stop thinking about all the lies I told. Damn it! I have to stop listening to Maddie. She is going to make me lose my friends, well she probably already has.

"Madison, what the hell?! Why do you keep lying to them?!" I yell.

"Cameron, please! I can't tell them anything, okay? I just can't trust anyone, but you, Natalie, and myself."

I can't keep lying to them, I just can't."You can't tell them the truth?! Really Maddie?! You said that we were trying to protect them! But you're just trying to protect yourself!"

She just can't lie to them again. I can't lie to them again. They are gonna be more pissed then they already are.

"Cameron, I'm sorry. They said if I told anyone they would kill me, and everyone I loved and knew." She cried.

"They're dead you idiot!" Tears fell onto her neck from her check. I kinda felt bad for yelling at her.

"I'm sorry Cameron. I just couldn't take that risk! You wouldn't either."

I just rolled my eyes at her and went into Natalie's room. She was sleeping so peacefully, 'till I herd screaming come from her. Shaking her awake, she grabs me tight while she cries."I was have a nightmare of-"

"I know, you don't have to say it." I cut her off.

As I rocked her to sleep, I felt all the scars on her wrist. They're from you. My head told me. I Leaded down and kissed each scar, whispering I love you at them each time. I have to watch her more carefully now, I can't see her hurt again. Or I might have to hurt myself.

As I was waking up, I find Natalie not in the bed. I brush it off for a second, then I jump up. Where is she? Is she hurt? Running out of the room, I don't see her in the living room, or in Carly's room, or the bathroom. I was almost about to flip out, but then I find Maddie and Natalie out on the porch talking. I felt bad about what I said to Maddie last night, but it had to be said.

I sighed and went back into the room and got dressed. I decide to head over to Nash's house to tell him the whole truth.

After I got dressed, I went out by Maddie and Natalie on the porch,"Hey guys. Wanna go over to Nash's? It's time to talk." I say.

"Yeah, let's go."

They both get in the car and we speed over there. Natalie's eyes were closed and she was holding my hand pretty tight. Maddie was doing the same, but she was grasping the seat. Something must have happened to both of them when they were with those dumb asses.

Once we get to Nash's house, I get out of the car and help Natalie out. I then wait for Maddie to get out of the car too. We walk up to the door and start knocking. The sixteen year old girl, with the swollen stomach, answers the door.

"Hey. Can we all talk?" She nods and half smiles.

I could tell she was glowing, her smile showed it all and so did her stomach. I can't wait to see Nash and Carly have this baby. I absolutely know they will be the most amazing parents. But I have to keep my focus. Tell them the truth Cameron.

"So...Carly, Nash, and Hayes, before you kick me out, please listen to me. The real reason we never told you guys is because...the dicks that kidnapped Natalie told Maddie that if she told anyone, they would kill her and then they would kill you guys. They may be dead, but Maddie is just scared."

They all have me dirty looks."You should of told us the truth. I'm only mad because you all lied, and it hurts to see someone you love hurt." Carly says. I grab her hand, but she pulls away quickly.
