Wheels Are Rollin

LJ was loading up the trailer while Jade grabbed the horses. LJ packed the buckets, bag of grain and hay. Jade loaded up the horses.

Jade will be using Viper and Eagle at the finals. Once the horses were loaded, LJ checked everything. Checking the tires and the spare.

"Babe.. did you grab Looper" Jade asked

"Hes gonna use the bathroom in the truck"

"No he wont"

"Jade I dont think we can take him in the hotel rooms"

"Ok.. well I'll just drop him off with my parents."

"Fine"

Jade grabbed Looper and his diaper bag (LJ calls it that). Jade put him in his traveling bag. She grabbed a small bag of dog food and his bowl. She put him in the front with them.

LJ called Cody, to see where hes at.

"Yellow"

"Hey where you at now"

"I am almost to the Texas borderline. I'll meet you guys in Amarillo"

"Alright.. we should be leaving soon too"

"Ok boss.. see ya in Amarillo"

"Yep"

Cody hanged up on LJ. By the time he hanged up, Jade got in the truck. She put on her seatbelt. LJ looked at her and smiled.

"Someone's a happy camper" Jade said

"Only when Im with you..  ready for Vegas babe"

"Hell yeah"

LJ pulled out of the gates and Jade locked em. They were off to Amarillo to meet Cody.

Five hours later

LJ and Jade finally made it to Amarillo. Jade was sleepin on the passenger side. LJ didnt want to wake her because he had to talk to Cody.

"We should be in Albuquerque by six this evening.. what time did you set the party"

"Bout eight."

"Ok.. its at the Hardrock.. right"

"Yeah.."

"Did you call Jen"

"Not yet.. Ill call her at the next pit stop"

"Alright boss.. follow me"

"You got it"

LJ filled up the tank and hopped in the driver seat. Cody waited till he was ready. Then LJ flashed the headlights and they were off.

Santa Rosa, NM

LJ pulled into the gas station again. This time he has to call Jen. He walked into the store to pay for desiel and make a phone call.

LJ dialed Jen's number.

"Hello"

"Hey Jen.. its LJ"

"Oh Hi.. where you guys at now"

"We are in Santa Rosa.. and you.. hows the set up"

"You guys will love it.. You guys will be pullin in around six.. right"

"Yes ma'am.. I better get going.. see ya in a few hours Jen"

"Yeah.. cant wait to see you guys.. safe travels"

"Thanks.. bye"

"Bye"

LJ walked back to the truck, and sees Cody and Jade talking.
