°A BIT
"Hey Jungkook, wanna hang out after school?" Lisa dropped the books on the the table, shaking it slightly. "Rosé and I want to try that café a couple of blocks away."
"What the fuck?!" Jungkook dropped his pen in frustration, looking at his precious essay with a smudge on the side. "I'm internally crying."
"Sorry," Lisa looked at his paper and then frowned. "That's like half a centimeter, it's not even that visible."
"I can't even see it," Roseanne smiled convincingly. "It's fine."
"It's still a line," he cried over the little line etched on his perfectly written essay. "You don't know how it feels because you have a neat handwriting. Cut me some slack."
"Okay, to make up for it, Roseanne will rewrite it for you, then?" She smiled, taking the seat beside Roseanne.
"Wait, what?" Roseanne looked at her incredulously. "Why would I? Jungkook, your essay is perfectly fine, don't be a perfectionist."
"You two are seriously helping each other to bury me under the earth," he glared at the two of them who was seated across the table.
"Of course, we're best friends," Lisa said as if it was the most normal thing. "You're lucky we're just burying you. We had a history together in middle school and high school literally burying someone. We didn't get suspended of course but we did get banned from eating ice cream."
Jungkook looked at the both of them with wide eyes and for a second, he swore he saw them smirking satanically. Just what did he get engaged to?
"That was actually a horrible memory, six months without ice cream," Roseanne shook her head at the memory like it was the worst possible scenario ever to happen in her life.
Jungkook didn't know what to think, are they murderous devils or innocent angels? Either, he kind of felt wary hanging out with them in the corner of the library isolated from everyone else.
"His looking at us like we're going to murder him," Lisa whispered to Roseanne who was scribbling away on her paper.
"I could murder him in his sleep if he wants to," she shrugged as he got baffled by her answer.
"Yeah, you even sleep with him so maybe hide a knife under the covers," Lisa smirked, imagining the bloody blade.
"You're seriously scaring me," Jungkook looked at them blankly, not knowing what to make out of her statement.
"Or you could take off all your clothes and let him bleed his nose to death," Lisa clapped overly enthusiastic.
"You're being a perv Lisa," Roseanne hit her head with the book. "I don't even know why you're my best friend."
"I'm going to pray for Bambam," Jungkook inhaled shakily, still blushing from what she just said.
"No need," Lisa brushed him off, opening her book. "I'll find a way to split up with him. They say time makes people fall in love when they're together but in my case, or our case, it's impossible."
"But you've known each other since you were kids," Jungkook raised his eyebrow, flipping onto the next page.
"So were Rosé and I," Lisa smirked at him. "And it's too bad we weren't the one engaged. It would've been wonderful. We could be cuddling to each other every morning."
