°DIFFERENT IMPRESSIONS
She eagerly climbed up the stairs to her grandfather's room as soon as she stepped inside their house. She found it strange her mother wasn't home but realized she's never home. Before she was about to deift in sadness, she knocked on the door.
There came a reply and went in in time for her to see him putting down the phone.
"Hi grandpa," Rosé smiled and kissed his forehead. "How have you been? I missed you so much, you don't how much I wanted to visit if it weren't for my tight schedules."
He chuckled at her cute demeanor when she tirely sat on the couch. He could see she was tired by just observing how her shoulders fell because of exhaustion and those bags under her eyes.
"The question here is, how are you?" He leaned forward and smiled to which she reacted confused. "Is your husband treating you right? I should scold him next time for not taking care of my granddaughter."
"Fiancé. We're both busy grandpa," she sighed, leaning back and hugging her favorite couch pillow. "Finals are near and both of us needs sometime alone and to study. You don't know how much the professors are making us do."
"I may have an idea because I went through that before," he grinned.
"Oh my gosh grandpa, stop with those 'we've been theres'," she glared at him jokingly. "Trust me, it's nothing like yours because currently, we are being treated like robots. Honestly, I pity the younger generations."
"Yes, that's the wrong thought taught in this time," he sighed, shaking his head. "I understand education is everything but they're taking it way too seriously, students only get three hours of sleep at most! How perturbing."
"That's why we should stop talking about school because I'm just getting more stressed," she groaned.
"You know, you'll inherit the company no matter what so you don't have to study that hard," he chuckled.
"Oh grandpa, you're such a bad influence to my brain," she laughed with him. "But I am totally beat up."
"If so, then why are you here?" He asked, looking at her seriously.
"What do you mean?" She raised her eyebrow, confused. "I came here to visit you."
"My dear, I know we both miss each other but I think Jungkook needs you more right now," he smiled. "If you two are both exhausted, well, you should be there for each other."
"He can handle himself," she shrugged and fell back on the couch, ignoring what he said.
"Roseanne," he called, scolding her. "Be honest with yourself for once."
She sat up abruptly surprising him as she ranted. "Yes I am worried about him at times because we rarely see each other these days because of the stupid finals even though we love together and I feel guilty hanging out with someone else rather than him and I just can't deal with everything all at once and yet I can't help but think about him if he's doing fine or what that's why I came here because I know you can help," she finished as he blinked. "Do I have to go to him?"
"Can you repeat that?" He grinned, scratching his head.
"Grandpa!" She whined in dismay.
