Vanessa is on the sidewalk, beside the long, dry, empty road.

Two cars suddenly appear from mid air, both on opposite sides of the road from each other.

The driver of one of the vehicles is an old man. Vanessa could see him clutching his heart, causing him to lose control of his grip on the steering wheel.

She looks at the other car, seeing two very familiar faces. They were both laughing and talking to each other, not aware of the vehicle coming their way.

"Roni! Ethan! Watch out!" she yells, to try to get their attention.

Ethan looks at where Vanessa's standing, confused. But not to have seen anything, he focused back on talking to Veronica and driving.

Vanessa feels a teardrop fall from her eye as she hears footsteps, coming closer to where she stands.

She looks to her right, only to see Grayson walking towards her. She could see the tears in his beautiful hazel eyes.

He stops walking when he's about two feet away from her, slipping his hand in hers.

"It's no use, we can't save them," he whispers. "Just say goodbye."

Vanessa slightly shakes her head as she looks back at the road.

The horrible image of the old man's car crashing into Ethan's fills her eyes. The sound echoes in Vanessa's ears, causing her to sob harder.

Vanessa looks to her right, only to see Grayson gone. The absence of his hand in hers hits her.

She's alone, standing there on the sidewalk, staring at the car wreck which holds her now dead twin sister and brother in law.

"No Grayson," she whispers. "I can't say goodbye."

Vanessa jolts awake, her alarm ringing seconds later.

"Good morning babe," she hears Kaden say. She wipes a tear off and starts to head to the bathroom when Kaden grabs her hand, stopping her. "Were you crying? Another one of those dreams?"

Vanessa quickly shakes her head, letting go of Kaden's hold as she heads to the bathroom. She's stopped by Kaden midway, him grabbing her arm.

"Tell me Nessa, what's up?" he asks, wiping a tear off of Vanessa's face.

"I just-" she starts. "I'm nervous."

"Why?"

"To meet Roni and Ethan after so long, what if they mention Grayson? I really don't want to remember him again," she cries. Kaden shakes his head before pulling her into his embrace, her head on his chest as he kissed her forehead.

"It's not like he's left your head at all since it happened," he states. "I know you have dreams about him, you think about him all the time, why are you nervous now?"

"I don't know, I feel like Ethan will ask me why I left him. Yes, the memory is fresh in my head on repeat but he's his twin brother! In a way, he's gonna tell me to contact him or something," she says as she heads for the bathroom. "I really gotta get ready for work, and get Annika ready too."
