Eclair's POV

I made my way outside to where Zanner was with his older brother and father. I don't know how Zanner became the town's alchemist, but I knew he had about no skill whatsoever. He even summoned a group of people to watch. He thinks I'm going to let him win that easy. He didn't deserve to win again me, or Ed even now.
My face shadowed with a gloom, as I let my feelings get to me. It seems as if I couldn't do anything right. I couldn't protect the only people that I'd promised to protect, because of my fault, and now...I'm just a failure.
I Heard Ed come up from behind, and stand next to me. The wind was picking up. My arm began to tense up. It was going to rain soon. It was going to be a big storm. And it's harder to move in the rain. Thing is, nobody really knows about my arm, and leg, or my little 'title' so I guess it's okay. They don't even know Ed's real name, so we're good.
"So, you finally show. You ready to go crying back to your home?" Zanner taunted.
"I don't have a home. I don't have a place to go home to, so how can I go crying back, if I don't have anywhere to go back to?"
"You little piece of-"
"Eclair Elanie and Edward Elric are not little pieces of you know what. We are Alchemists. You shall learn to respect the title. NOW, who's first. Zanner, his 'big' brother, or your father? I don't care. I'll take you guys down one by one by all means. Just what do we have to do, because I'm ready to go all out and fight you till the death."
"Fix this shed. It's the biggest. And the one next to it. The one to fix the shed first is the winner."
"Okay. I'll do this, Ed, you just stand and watch" I say, walking over to the larger of the two piles of rubble. The three of them go over to the other pile, as some one shouts go, and we start working.
I clap my hands together, as I hear them drawing out a circle. I place my hands on the ground, as I hear a scream over the sound of Alchemy, "EL BEHIND YOU!!!!" It was Ed, as Zanner leaps in using an alchemy circle that was drawn on his hand with a pen, and jumps to get my arm, which I swing my left up right to him, giving him it, because I knew that's what he wanted.
The alchemy did nothing. Whoops, forgot he didn't know about what HALFMETAL meant.
"What-how?" I clapped my hands, and continued fixing the shed, as Zanner was still in shock. It was fixed. And just in time, as it started to rain.
"Do you believe that I'm a state alchemist now?" I asked, as the others finish the other Shed.
"You.....why you....." Zanner started.
"Save it. You'll need it."
"But you weren't even using transmutation circles" His father stated.
"Yeah, and? I don't need them" I say, making it sound, and it was, that I was looking down on them.
"You really got some nerve, huh he-she?"
"I'M NOT A HE-SHE!!!!! I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S THE HE-SHE!!!" I shouted, clapping my hands, putting them on the ground, as it bursted towards them in spikes. They quickly jumped out of the way, only leaving a split second in time.
"It looks like you haven't changed. That means that you're left arm is-" Zanner's brother hit my left arm hard, yet nothing happened. I had broke my left arm before. It led everyone to think that I was weak with my left arm. Actually, that's just my punishment for doing something stupid.
"And? You really think that my left arm is weak? I'LL SHOW YOU WHO'S WEAK!!!" I brought up my right leg, and did a strong kick, sending them back.
Auto-mail. Best. Weapons. EVER. No matter what.
"So, then why don't 'cha need 'circles?" Zanner's father asked comming foward. I just turned around, and with Ed, walked away.
"I'm done with usless scum like you."
