We were helplessly losing. There was nothing we could do to win. They were just too strong.
So they had their intentions for trapping Envy and I. So they wouldn't get us, and so I never figured out, and I wouldn't have to die. So I wouldn't go back into her clutches. So King Bradley looked like the bad guy, but was really the good guy who was trying to protect me. My father....
wait...does that mean that Pride is my younger brother too....how long to be exact have I been living...?
"Answer one thing for me!" I shouted, while everyone stopped battling for moments to hear my death cry over the blood spilled everywhere. "So really, how old am I? How long have you been lying to me? Where did I get my ability to use alchemy from?"
"You're over a hundred years old. That man, you met him, his son, and his grandson. All replaced each other when they got old. You just never noticed"
"Do you know what you have done to me? Look. All my dreams and wishes for the future have been smashed to pieces in front of my very own eyes. The wish to one day have a family, which I have never had before has been smashed by you. Look what you've done to me!" So I couldn't be with Edward....nor anyone....
"Don't worry, that's what your brother is there for. He's going to be your husband once you-"
"WE ARE NOT GETTING MARRIED!!!!" Envy and I shout, at the same time the others shouted "THAT IS SO WRONG!!!!"
Ed grabs my arm, and drags me into a bolting run. Everyone follows as we are chased by them, and the gun men.
"Eclair, when we get over that bridge, you need to jump. I'm going to take your place, so if they catch up to me, you'll be long gone. Just go anywhere. To the other humancoli, to central, anywhere that you can get protection. You're too wore out to protect yourself."
"Just don't do anything stupid while looking like me. And if you can, I want to be human. Just tell me how"
"You couldn't be more human now." Envy replied. I nodded, as we neared the bridge.
"Ed, please, I'll be at central, waiting. Don't get yourself killed."
"Cloud, go with her!" Vapor shouted, I was shocked. Was that really it? She always had cloud by her side.
"Eclair, be careful" Ed told me, giving me a hopeful glance, as Envy changed into the same hideous form looking like me, and Cloud and I lept off the bridge.
