"There's gotta be something around here..." Envy exhales as we continued to walk on aimlessly as it seemed.

"There's gotta be anything 'round here...anything but grass and trees and more grass and trees!" I reacted to his statement. Any change in scenery or civilization would've been nice. The only things we had now were each other and whatever we were fortunate enough to be carrying at the time.  It was getting dark, and we'd have to find a place to rest.

"Lets find a safe spot, and rest for the night. Probably a tree." We were in a forest, so that was no problem.

"Why a tree?" Ed asked.

"Because I like high places." I tell him, finding a big one, and climbing up it. I reach the highest sturdy-est branch, and lay down on it.

"Have you slept in trees before?" Envy asks Ed. He shakes his head no.

"Why must we sleep in a tree?"

"Because who ever looks up in a tree?! Besides, it's summer time, and we're well hidden."

"Where'd you learn all of this?" Ed asks me.

"The mental hospital." I remark, before saying, "People always want to use people like me, so when you are running, you have to know where to hide. Everyone thinks I'm soft-hearted. It's weird. But they think they can use me, and I'm weak."

"Oh."

We rest in the tree, waiting for morning to come to continue our journey.

Kaminari's POV

"Where are the special guests! It's been four days!" Pride and I complain.

"Locked away in the dungeon." Lust barks back to us as if we were pieces of poop.

"Why? And where's the palm tree?"

"He's in the dungeon as well. Locked up. He didn't obey his orders. They're locked up so they can't leave."

"We have a problem." Ling-Greed came. He didn't look happy.

"What is it now Greed?"

"The prisoners have escaped. They're gone."

"What?!"

Ayumi's POV

"Al, now that we're in central, where do we go?" I ask. There was so many people. I hadn't been here before.

"We'll check the hotel first, see if they left anything that shows where they could've gone." Al replies. I nod.

The hotel-which he said was for members of the military only-was huge. Like a mansion. We walked in, and I've never seen that many people wearing military clothes.

After we make it to the front desk, Al and I get cracking down on the questions.

"Have the Fullmetal and Halfmetal Alchemists checked in here?!" Al asks. The guy behind the counter pulls us aside into another room.

"Alphonse, they haven't been here in three days. They left to see King Bradley, but never returned. They said if you came, and some others while they were gone to tell them that your room was there, and that they'd be back later that day, but they never returned."

"But where are they?!" I demanded. "Someone has to know!"

"You can check the room, but they clearly went missing, what's your name?" The guy asks, looking at me funny.

"Ayumi. And do you know anything?!"

"I wish I knew something. This is odd of them. Èclair Elanie's never disappeared, and never been late. And Edward Elric's the same. Wait, isn't he usually with you?!"

"He and El had to go to see the Further about something, but they never returned. Three days past so we decided to check it out."

"Well if I hear anything, I'll let you know."

We head up to check out the room in disappointment.
