Ayumi
They caught up with us only after a few miles of running. Probably three. I felt sick to my stomach out of fear. What were they gonna do to us? Eclair....what about her? Was she okay?
"Hand Eclair over!" they demanded. Ed didn't budge. He acted as though Envy was El.
"No. I'm not going with you!" Envy told them. He was quite a good actor.
"Give us the girl or else"
"Or else what? What do you plan to do with me? Huh? Chop me to bits? Because I don't think you're friends with Barry the Chopper" Envy protested.
"It's time we use your body to open the portal to the truth. You're body is a great sacrifice"
"Oh yeah?!?!" Envy shouted. He then laughed. "It's not. Trust me. The truth hates me. Very very much."
"I can just see it engulfing your limbs now. One by one, sealing all four of them away." Ed chuckled a tad, before having a fearful look override it.
Eclair's mother grabbed Envy's right wrist, as Envy laughed. He just laughed.
"What's so funny?"
the rest of us kept serious faces, getting ready to run for it again.
"Well it's good to play the role of my sister, but it's time I return to my cute form" Envy changes back to his normal form. Eclair's mother about flings him off the road. We were reaching the base of the mountain before here.
"Then where is Eclair?!?!?!?!"
"Not here" Edward told proudly. She could be anywhere by now.
Eclair
After hiding beneath the water's surface for a few minutes, I swam in direction of the valley between the peaks of the mountains, going to take the long way around to central. I had to remove Cloud's collar to be silent besides the clanking of auto-mail. It was not only dark now, but I was wet. I had to get farther before sleeping though. I had to get somewhere that no one's find me.
"Who's there?!?! Come out!!" It was Rin's voice. The one who had helped me out the last time I fell.
I came out of the shadows with Cloud, holding my silver watch. "Eclair Elanie. Halfmetal Alchemist. Have a dog with me."
"Child, you're wet! Come, I'll take you back to the post and get you some dry clothes." I mounted behind her on her horse, holding Cloud. At least I had some protection.
After arriving at the post, and getting changed into military uniform (which came now where near fitting. It was way to large) I told them how I needed to get to central for protection. I didn't get into details, but my auto-mail that was a bit beat up, and all the deep cuts explained it.
"As soon as dawns' upon us we'll leave." I was told. Dawn was in a few hours. I could get rest until then.
"Weren't you traveling with a group of people?"
"Yeah. But they need me to get away." I somewhat explained. Then Let it go so i could sleep.
