the story never ends lauv
SebastianOver the next few days, Luna progressively got better. The colour in her face returned and she regained some strength. She still wasn't allowed to leave the hospital, which sucked but that was okay because she was doing okay.
"Honestly, I don't think Adam Sandler is all that funny." She said, taking a sip of water.
I pulled the hospital sheets higher because Luna felt cold and I looked up at the T.V.
"I think he's sort of funny. I think it depends on what movie it is, though."
Luna laid her head on my shoulder and I turned and kissed her head.
"So, you know that journal you were writing in back at the hospital?" She asked.
I nodded. "M-hm."
"When was the last time you wrote in it?"
"I think, probably a few days ago. I write in it every once in a while."
"When can I read it?" She asked.
I thought about the time before when she asked if she could read it. I still wasn't 100% sure if that was a good idea. The more recent entries aren't as depressing and dark as when I first started it. When I was in my deepest state, I wrote what I felt or what I thought I felt, and it got pretty scary.
"I don't think you want to."
"Why's that?"
"Well, first of all, I'm a crappy writer. And second, it's boring." I laughed.
She laughed as well and I smiled. "I'm sure it's not boring. Anyone who could enter your mind would find anything but boring," she said.
"You know what makes me kind of sad?" I asked.
"What?"
"That we didn't get any pictures. We did so many things and we got no pictures," I said.
"I'm sad about that too," she sighed and laid down, laying her head on my chest. "Well next time, we will take pictures."
"That sounds like a wonderful idea."
"I'm tired." She said, yawning. I scooted lower too and wrapped my arm around her shoulder.
