Let's Take A Little Ride

She found a parking spot in the shade across the street from the last cash house. Right after we parked an unmarked van pulled up right in front of the house and two armed thugs spilled out.

"If those fatties are the only security this guy has then the two of us could just go and take all of the damn cash ourselves." I told Cara, shaking my head in disbelief.

"That's ridiculous, how does he expect to keep his money safe with two gorillas that can barely get out of their cars without losing a lung?" Cara asked.

"He's cocky, no one here would dare to try the job we're going to pull off. He doesn't need to have strong or healthy men. Just lugs that instill physical fear." I told her.

After an hour of mindless chatter we finally noticed movement. The guys started to go in and out with bags full of money. One by one the rest of the team started to call in movement as well.

"Talk about synchronicity." I mumbled.

"We've got 11." Cara said over the radio.

"Let's go girl." I told her as she pulled out of the parking space.

We drove for a good half hour before we heard anything from the team. The van kept taking back roads and we made sure that there were at least two cars between us at all times.

"I know y'all said they were consolidating the money somewhere but y'all ain't gonna believe this." Tej said.

"What's going on Parker?" I asked.

"Everyone meet me over here please, at my location." he insisted.

"Parker?"

"It'll be more of an impact when you see it." he said.

"You heard the man." Dom said but his voice sounded off.

Tej gave us his location again and told us to meet him on the roof of the building. Cara and I pulled in third behind Dom and Han, everyone else came after us. Dom walked over to me and put his arm around my shoulders as we made our way upstairs. When we saw what we were facing I just chuckled.

"Well this job just got a lot harder." Cara said.

"If he's moving into a police station it means he's got some serious brass in his pockets." Roman said.

"Yo digo que por donde vinimos, nos vayamos." Rico said.

"Hell yeah, we can't do this." Tego added.

"Can't? You mean shouldn't." Han said.

"I think this doesn't change a thing and we stick to the plan." I told everyone.

"Atta girl." Dom chuckled.

"This definitely makes things fun, gives it an unexpected twist." I said, kissing his cheek.

"You said what? This just went from Mission: Impossible to Mission: In-freaking-sanity! Whatever man, I ain't scared. I'm just letting y'all know that going in that building is crazy!" Roman said before walking away.

"I got this." Brian said, running after him.

"Tej, did they just drive in or was there some sort of escort waiting for them?" I asked.

"They just drove right in. I gotta give that point to Roman, this guy's got some major brass in his wallet." he answered.

"Well no one said this was going to be easy and if it was then it would be boring." I told them.

"Hey! I called Mia, gave her the details of what's happened so far. She said that she was gonna see what she could do from her end until we get there." Brian said when he got back.
