Roman hopped into the back with Han and Gisele, thankfully it wasn't that tight of a fit. I pulled out and the static silence was scaring me, nothing from any of them.

"Dom! Brian! Cara! What's going on? I've got the team where to next?" I asked.

"Kay, go back to headquarters. We'll meet you there." Brian said, but there was something in his voice that told me that something was wrong.

"Buster, what happened?"

"You'll see for yourself when you get back. Cara had to come get me so I'm with her now. We will meet up with Hobbs and everyone back there." he insisted.

"I don't like this." I muttered.

"I'm sure it's nothing." Han said.

"C?" I said.

"You'll see when you get back K, I'm sorry." she said.

Brian made her shut up, I know it. Something happened after I left and it's bad, I can feel it, that's why no one wants to say anything. Pressing down on my gas pedal I went as fast as the car would go since there's no one else on the roads. I had barely parked the car when I was barrelling out of it.

"What's going on?" I asked Brian, who walked up before I could get any further along.

"You need to calm down." he said.

"What the hell is going on? Where's Dom?" I demanded.

"Kay, seriously you need to calm down. You're not doing anyone any good." Cara said.

"Where is he? What happened?"

"Letty found us." Brian said.

"It's true then?" I asked, shocked.

"Yes but something happened." Cara added.

"What happened?" I asked, anger returning in waves.

"Letty shot him, she shot Dom."

"She what?" I shouted, making everyone fall silent.

"Got him in the shoulder, he's back there cleaning up." she said as she moved out of my way.

I walked slowly over to where he was, trying to calm down a little. Dom was holding a gauze to his wound, blood seeping through slowly. My anger was growing to epic proportions in ways I wasn't sure were possible and I'm pretty sure aren't healthy. He looked up and I knew what he was going to do before a word left his mouth.

"Don't even think about it." I said.

Grabbing the things I would need and breathing deeply I started to clean up the wound and pull the bullet out. It was a weird thing, not something that I've seen before so I decided to concentrate on that instead of anything else.

"So she definitely saw it was you?" Brian asked suddenly.

"She looked dead at me, Brian." he said.

"Maybe the Letty we once knew is gone Dom. Even though she's alive, maybe she's gone."

"You don't turn your back on family. Even when they do." Dom said.

"What?" I asked, dropping the metal scissor things that I used to pull out the bullet.

"Kaylee . . ."

"You want to . . . to keep trying to get her back? That's what you're saying?"

"Babe, we have to . . . she's still family."

"She fucking shot you! That's not family, what the hell is wrong with you?"

"I still have to try." he sighed.
