"Dom I'm right here, I'm safe." I told him.

"And you always will be, both of you always will be safe. Even if it's the last thing I do." he said.

"Lay down, calm down, let's get some sleep." I told him, pulling him down with me.

It didn't feel like a lot of time had passed when I was jolted out of sleep. I heard shouting and knew that it couldn't be good when I realized that Dom wasn't next to me. I got up and walked out to the main area where Dom and Vince were both very tense.

"What's going on out here?" Mia and I chorused.

She was walking out of her space with Brian, they had the same confused look on their faces that I'm sure was reflected on mine.

"Nothing, go back to sleep." Dom told me.

"Please Dom, just let me have the chip, I can take this to them. They'll give it to Reyes and set things right." Vince pleaded.

"What chip? What the hell is going on?" I asked.

"Nothing Kay." Dom insisted.

"Dom . . ."

"Get out." he said suddenly, looking at Vince and shocking the hell out of me.

"What?" Vince asked.

"Get out!" Dom shouted.

"You never listen to me, not when I told you he was a cop and not now. You never trust me and look where it's gotten us. Look at our family now! I can't go home! Your sister is stuck in this life! You pushed Kay away for someone else, shoved is more like it but she's back and you don't know how to take advantage of that! Where's Letty, Dom? Where's Letty?" Vince demanded.

I didn't want to hear anymore, I didn't want to think about what happened back then so I left the warehouse and stood outside for a second. My hands were shaking and my heart was beating rapidly. I want to be over this damn it, I want to forget that ever happened.

"Kay, I'm so . . ."

"Don't talk to me, that was completely unnecessary and you know it." I told Vince.

"I wanted to prove a point!" he insisted.

"No, you wanted to hurt Dom, you wanted to make sure that he felt the way you did. Guess what, you got your damn point across."

"Kaylee I'm sorry."

"Don't be. You knew what was happening back then and you didn't warn me. Now you wanted to get your point across so bad that you didn't care about hurting me in the process." I told him.

"You know that it's true, he doesn't . . ."

"Leave Vince, go away." I told him as a sole, traitorous tear fell.

"The only thing I'm sorry for is hurting you, it's the last thing I wanted to do." he said before walking away.

I stood outside for a few more minutes before going back in. Mia stood with Dom in the middle of the main area with an angry look on her face. When she saw me she turned around and blew her wrath my way.

"What was he talking about?" she demanded.

"What do you mean?" I asked, feeling a pounding headache coming on.

"Vince! What did Vince mean about Dom shoving you away?" she insisted.

"Mia, I told you to drop it." Dom said.

"No! I will not drop it, I lost my sister for four years! Now you're telling me that you knew that she wasn't coming back?" Mia shouted.

"I didn't tell you anything." he replied.
