A/N: I can only "officially" dedicate a chapter to one person but this shoutout is for 2 meggsterpotter and KristinaSmith585 for being such amazing fans and for following Domlee all the way to the end!

Once we arrived at the base I let everyone move ahead of me, I just wanted to be alone for a little bit. Seeing Letty was one thing, knowing that she was alive is another but having her here with us is so much more than I expected. The ghost herself is finally in our presence, dead girl walking and I'm not entirely sure that I know how I feel about it. I sat on a table to the left of the room and listened in on the conversations going on around me.

"I can't believe they stole a 70-ton tank for a 3-ounce computer chip." the NATO commander said.

"That 3-ounce computer chip is more deadly than 1,000 of those damn tanks." Hobbs said.

"What about her?" the commander asked, nodding over to Letty.

"Not her." Dom quickly replied making Cara glare at him.

"She was working with Shaw." the commander argued.

"Was being the operative word, she's always been one of us." I said from my perch on the table, not looking at up at all.

"Let's give them a minute." Hobbs said, looking at me worriedly.

He walked off with the commander and Riley talking about filing paperwork of some sort. I people watched for a while, Han and Gisele were talking in one corner, Cara, Tej and Roman in another, Brian was talking to Letty and I couldn't find Dom for some reason. Instead of worrying about his whereabouts I looked down at my ring, wondering if it made sense to even have it on right now.

"Don't take it off." I heard as I had started to pull.

"Dom, are you ok?" I heard myself asked.

"I'm fine . . ."

"You hit your shoulder when the two of you landed on the car." I said in that same faraway tone of voice and I know he noticed it.

"I'm okay, not hurt in the least. Kaylee, I don't want you to think that what I did means anything more than me saving her from dying." he said.

"It doesn't matter now, she's alive and with us." I told him, looking over at Letty.

"Don't do this again damn it! I'm here, we're good now. I love you." he said, taking my face in his hands and turning it his way softly.

"I love you too."

"Why isn't that enough for you to trust me?" he asked dejectedly.

"Your track record with Letty is spotty at best Dom and you know it, I don't want to get burned again." I whispered.

"You won't I promise, I asked you to marry me because you are the woman for me. The only one for me and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, only you." he said, his sincerity reflecting deep in his brown eyes.

"Me too."

"Are we good?" he asked.

"We're good, as good as we can . . ."

"Hey Toretto! You need to hear this." Hobbs shouted, interrupting us.

Dom took my hand in his and all of us walked over to where Hobbs was standing with a handcuffed Shaw and his team. I knew this wasn't good, Shaw had a smirk on his face and there's no way that a happy Shaw can mean good things for us.

"You guys really think that you've won. This code that you live by, it's the very reason why you weren't even in the game. Kaylee was but she chose to stay with the wrong team, repairable damage if you wish. I told you exactly what I was gonna do if you didn't walk away, Toretto." Shaw said with a smile.
