It was surprising how something dismissed as a child's plaything could bring back memories of him. You hadn't dared to speak his name ever since, for the mere sound of it brought tears to your eyes. He was your first boyfriend, and your first betrayer in your love life. Deserting you for another girl indeed. Hugging the teddy bear that he had given you on your first date, you were lost in the world of the past...

"I'm not free, go away," Your usually cheerful boyfriend pushed you away roughly. 

"B-But..." You pouted.

"I said, go away," He repeated, not looking at you as he walked out of the school gate. Sneakily following him, you ducked behind a pillar every time he turned around. Where was he going? Why was he acting like this all of a sudden?

You were soon standing outside a shopping mall, peering through your small glasses. He was with a girl now, another girl. She was beautiful , stunning, entrancing. With a dress that ended just above her knees, and a round, small face, she was his ideal girl. You couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy in your heart, and you watched as he gave her a tight hug. 

"I missed you, So Ra. Long time no see." It was funny that just nine words from him, could ruin your life. You ran away from the scene, running away for all you were worth. If you could just get away from hurt, suffering, pain. Your feet pounded on the ground as you ran, not caring about where you ran to. 

You never saw him again.

And then you picked your phone. There was a message from him:

From: <Betrayer T^T>

Yah, Haneul ah, I know what you've been thinking all this time. The girl was my cousin. COUSIN. She met me to tell me about some family matters, and I've been busy with them since. I'm sorry >< Saranghae~

For the first time in forever, you felt that you could breathe normally again. It was as if a stone had rolled off your back.

"Luhan," You said his name after so long, the syllables sounding oh-so-foreign, "I still love you."
