"What do you think of the name Cassandra, babe?" Lauren mumbled softly as the pregnant woman was wrapped in her arms in bed, to what is now their go to cuddle position every morning after Lauren had taken the kids to school. With one arm Lauren propped herself up to support her weight as she lay sideways to face the brunette with her arm protectively placed over Camila's baby bump, soothingly massaging the area in the hopes of feeling the baby kick once more.

"What about the name Isabel?" Camila suggested as she nestled her head onto Lauren's neck lovingly, enjoying the warmth that was radiating off the older woman's body.

"How about we name her Cassandra Isabel? That seems like a really nice combination." Lauren grinned as she kissed the side of Camila's head, the older woman this time wanting nothing but to be close to the brunette.

"Then maybe we can call her Cassie?" Camila uttered but came out muffled after nestling closer to Lauren's neck.

"Perfect, I have a beautiful Camila, our handsome little man, our little adorable Mica and now, a Cassie. It's cute don't you think? Cassandra Isabel Jauregui." Lauren cooed at the woman, who she knew was about to fall asleep any moment now.

"But... Wouldn't we be making it difficult for them? I mean, Jake and Mica have Mark's last name. If we make her a Jauregui, then the two would probably feel bad that the youngest one gets your name." Camila uttered nervously, slightly unsure if she wanted to talk about this again.

"Then I can adopt the two kids, granting that you let me. But do you know what that means, Camz?" Lauren asked the brunette, this time adjusting their position so that Lauren could see her face clearly.

"More children to care for under the state's policies? Cost in name changes and transfers?" The brunette guessed wildly, not getting what Lauren was arriving at.

"No, are you crazy? Cost and effort are the least of our worries. The kids are worth more than that to me." Lauren chuckled, deciding to leave out what she really intended to say after realizing that there was a proper way of letting Camila know what the next step was before being able to adopt the kids as her own.

"Laur..." The brunette groaned. Being the person that Camila is, she hated talking about financial concerns. Especially now that everything they spent were technically all from Lauren's bank account, since the raven-haired girl didn't want to stress her with work and all the unnecessary chores that would only strain Camila's pregnancy.

"I told you, money is never an issue. Consider it as my way of making up for all those lost years we had. Now is the time for you to enjoy life, without worrying about tomorrow. I got you, baby." Lauren cooed as she kissed Camila's lips lovingly.

Just when Camila was about to argue on what Lauren just said, the door barged open, revealing a startled Mica from the other side of the door. It was a little bit over midnight and the two were sure they put the kids down to their respective rooms earlier that evening, so the unplanned interruption startled the two a little bit.

"Mama? Mama Law-ren?" The younger one mumbled sleepily, tear stains evident on the little one's face.

That was one thing that changed through the weeks. As Camila and Lauren had become evidently much sweeter with each other, the little girl had accustomed herself to calling Lauren her mama just like how Jacob did. Standing to make her way over to Mica, Lauren immediately held her arms out for the younger one to take as Camila watched the sweet interaction from Lauren's bed. "What happened, baby?" The older woman asked worriedly.

"Bad dream. Mama Law-ren left." The little girl sighed, keeping her gaze on the floor as her tone was accompanied with a couple of sniffs.

"Lauren will never do that to you, baby girl. I love you, remember? You and Jake." The raven-haired girl cooed at the younger one, rubbing circles on the little girl's back.
