Smoke
1st lesson
I hobble out of my home class and begin to make my way to my first lesson. As I turn a corner, I get knocked into someone knocking the both of us to the ground
"damn, I'm sorry" I hear before I look to see a red and white fox, his eyes shine different colours with green on his left and silver on his right, black tips dangle from his short, red hair as well as black tips also marking the tips of his ears. The fox looks up at me
"oh, damn, I'm am so sorry" he says as he stands, rushing to help me
"it's ok, really" I say with a small smile, stabilising myself with my crutches as I lift myself up "you look lost" I add, stating the obvious.
The fox starts to scratch the back of his head
"heh, yeah, first day, can't read the map too easily either" he explains with a nervous smile. He holds out his paw moments later
"Rikoshay Vulpes, good to meet ya" he introduces himself with a big, glowing smile, I throw out my paw to shake and shake
"Smoke Greypaw, likewise" I respond. "So what class you going to?" I ask, he pulls out his timetable and looks
"uhhh, English in 107" he answers "but I can seem to find the room" he adds.
I give a slight chuckle before pointing along a path between 2 blocks
"down that way then turn left, 3rd door in" I say. Rikoshay nods before staring his walk to class, stopping a few steps away
"thanks, see ya later maybe" he says before running off. I smile and continue to make my way to my own class.
Looks like I may have just made a new friend I think to myself as I close in on my destination, feeling a little happy at the thought.
