"I STILL REMEMBER THE DAY WHEN I MET HIM FOR THE FIRST TIME & IT WAS A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET" said Misha as Sonakshi waited for her to continue.

"I met Dev for the first time around 6 months after you had left, but you know much before that I had actually researched about him when I was completing my Law studies. Probably you might not know but after you left the local media here published a lot about your broken marriage. Dev being one of the top-most businessman was an added bonus for them and they literally hounded him for days together yet could not get much information so they had made their own theories about it aided by some reckless & controversial comments by Vikram Tripathi. Dev was criticized, labeled an abuser, a playboy and called by many names, In fact for some time no one knew where he was. My curiosity increased and it was during this time I read a lot of articles about Dev. I got to know about his life's journey and other details, in fact I had a desire to meet him after knowing about him but then because of the way media portrayed him during the break-up made me have second thoughts about him. Gradually with time things had settled down and the media moved on to other things. Even I forgot about it and completed my studies after which I joined a small law firm. It was around 6 months into my job when I got a call from Tina" said Misha as Sonakshi looked on, slight tears were glistening her eyes listening to the time of their break-up along with the fact that Dev alone had to endure the scrutiny & criticism of the media, she had thought that she alone was suffering but at least she had her family with her but Dev had no one with him, even his own family had deserted him. She waited for Misha to continue.

"At first I was surprised that a big & reputed firm like Ishwari Communications had called me as I was just a novice and was starting out my career but then Tina had asked me to attend an interview. At first I was skeptical as I already had a withered image of Dev pictured in my mind but then there was no harm in attending the interview and then this could have been the big break I was looking for so I had decided to do the same" she said and paused.

Sonakshi kept looking at her, seeing Misha quiet she asked "Phir, Uskey baad kya hua Misha?"

AT ISHWARI NIWAS

While on one hand Sonakshi was trying to find about Dev's past, the case was no different with the sisters, they were sitting in Neha's room when Riya put forward her suggestion of meeting Ranveer to know about Dev's past.

"Ranveer? Ye tu kya keh rahi hai Riya?" asked Neha as she was stunned

"Haan Neha Di, Iss waqt sirf wo hi ek insaan hai jo humey Dev bhaiya ke baarey main bata saktey hai" replied Riya as Nikki chipped in at the same time

"Lekin Riya Di, Hum Misha se bhi toh pooch saktey hai?" she said as Riya turned towards her and answered "Haan Nikki, Hum unhey pooch saktey hai lekin mujhey nahi lagta wo humey zyada kuch batayengi, kal main ney unkey aankhon hum sab ke liye gussa dekha tha, gussa iss baat ki jab bhaiya ko hum sabki sabsey zyada zaroorat thi hum uss waqt unkey saath nahi they, gussa iss baat ka ki humney itney saal unhey akela chodd diya aur wo apni jagah sahi hai. Iss liye main keh rahi hoon ki humey Ranveer bhaiya se baat karni chahiye" she said as Nikki nodded but all this while Neha was silent, her past was flashing back in front of her.
