Me and my boyfriend, Ricky have been dating for two years and when he introduced me to his new friend, Joel Pimentel, I couldn't help but notice how hot he was. Me and Ricky have been fighting recently. About stupid stuff, me cheating, me being pregnant, etc. It honestly hurts but what can I do. I decide to get ready, we're going to the beach today, with Joel and his bandmates. 

I like Joel, and I know it's wrong but Ricky isn't what I want anymore. I want Joel. I'm wearing a full body swimming suit and just put a red, white poka dot maxi skirt with a slit down the side. I put a hat on and grab my bag. "Hey babe you ready?" asked Ricky. I just nod. We get in the car and drive to the beach. We get out and walk down to where Joel is. "Hey Joel, how are you?" asked Ruth. "I'm good, how are you?" asked Joel. "Good. Anyway any girls?" asked Ruth. "No, how are you and Ricky?" asked Joel. "We're good, just fighting, nothing major" said Ruth. "RUTH! Don't spread the word about our fights" said Ricky. "He asked how we were, and I wasn't gonna lie" said Ruth. "You could have. Ugh I'm going to the cafe to get coffee." said Ricky. Off he goes. "Are you OK?" asked Joel. I look at him, and shake my head. "No. I'm not, it's just..... I used to love him and then we fought and now I don't know. His annoying me with stupid, petty fights" said Ruth. "Hey, every relationship is different and maybe it's your time to end it, I dunno" said Joel. I look at him, his eyes shining in the sun light, his lips straight and hair tousled. He looks amazing. I look at him. "I want to, but I'm scared he'll go mad" said Ruth. "I actually like you, Ruth" said Joel. "I like you too" smiled Ruth. We look at each other. "I can't right now because he could come back and hurt you" said Ruth. 

Ricky comes back and smiles at us. "I'm sorry, princess. Let's go swimming." said Ricky. "I'm gonna go to the cafe to get drinks and food" said Ruth. "I'll go with her, since I'm getting a drink as well" said Joel. We leave and go to the cafe. We get our stuff and go behind the cafe and sit down.

"Your beautiful" said Joel. "So am you, you really are" said Ruth. We kiss. "WHAT THE FUCK" yelled Ricky. We pull apart. "Oh uh..... I wanna break up. I know I just wanna break ..... I like Joel, we have been fighting for weeks and I don't feel the same" said Ruth. Ricky nods and leaves. I just sigh. 

Soon me and Joel become official and yeah. I love him and we fight sometimes but we make up right after because of us both being sad.
