Why can't you just press the 'submit' button?

I sit in front of my laptop deciding whether to submit my audition piece or not. I mean, why can't you just do it, Kim Jisoo? This could be a great opportunity for me and if it's not for me maybe there's something great in store for me in the future.

Without hesitation, I closed my eyes and pressed submit. I opened my eyes and it was sent. Now, I have mixed feelings about submitting my audition. I am glad that I did it and also nervous. This is the first time that I am auditioning so, I think my feelings are valid. 

I gave Seolhee a ring and told her about it.

"That's great! I'll schedule you up this Wednesday at 10 am. Would that be fine with you?" Seolhee asked.

"That would be perfect."

"Okay. I'll see you then. Good luck to you!"

"Thank you. Bye, Seolhee!" 

I took the time to practice the song that I will be singing at the said audition. I picked 'Really, Really' by Winner; the acoustic version. I think the judges would be happy if I pick an upbeat song and turn it into an acoustic one.

WEDNESDAY. 8:30 AM

Today is the day! I woke up early today. Before I left the house, I gave my mom a call and told her about the audition. She and my little brother wished me the best of luck. I took the bus going to Dream Entertainment. I took my guitar with me just in case they would like to hear me play the guitar or anything. I feel tense, nervous but also excited about it. I stopped at the nearest bus stop to Dream Entertainment. I walked my way to the street where the building is and, boy, it's still early but the line is really long and there are a lot of people inside the building.

"Jisoo-ah!" someone called.

I looked around and saw Seolhee waving from afar. She walked towards me and asked, "Are you ready?". "I'm a little bit nervous but I'm ready," I said.

"Well, sign up first and they will give you a number sticker. After that, wait in the line for your turn," she instructed.

"Okay. Thanks, Seolhee! I owe you so much," I said. 

"Oh, it's nothing, Jisoo!" she said.

I went up to the booth and they made me sign up this paper and, after, they give me this big sticker number thing that you stick on your body. I was B20156. They made us wait in this room. Most of them are practicing their dance or warming up their vocal voice. They really came in prepared. I sat down and practice my piece while waiting for my turn.

3 hours have passed and I am still in my line. I have already made a conversation with my seatmate. I noticed a big group of people huddling not far from my place. Suddenly, I can hear screams and people shouting something that was inaudible for me. I stood up and went on my toes to see who are these people huddling up to. I got a glimpse of what seems to be Jeon Jungkook, the famous singer who is under Dream Entertainment. 

Here's what I know about Jeon Jungkook. He is an idol solo singer, who is under the agency of Dream Entertainment; the agency where I am auditioning. He is 21 years old and ever since was 15 years old, he was a star. He composes and produces his own songs and his songs don't only top on Korean charts but also world charts like Billboard and Grammys. A lot of girls go nuts for him and his concerts are always sold out. Oh! And he proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Jang Yeeun, whom they have been rumored to have broken up last week.
