chapter 16. the sound of your heart

Jungkook's P.O.V

today's our second date and today i plan to take jisoo to where this museum where i confessed my love to yeeun. we both like going here even though we see the same paintings and art designs, it feels like it's the first time that i am seeing it with yeeun. and today, i want to show jisoo the museum.

i got dressed up; white plain t-shirt, tattered black jeans, black timberlands, and my favorite black leather motor jacket.i put some perfume for the final touch and headed out to knock on jisoo. i opened the door and she was already there. "good morning!" she greeted.

"good morning! hm, what are you wearing?" i asked.

"why? do i look bad?" she asked.

"no but it doesn't suite our date concept for today." i said.

"what's the date concept today? and why do we have a date concept?"

"today's concept is museum. you should wore something semi-formal."

"okay, can we make a bet?"

"what bet?"

"here's a coin, i'm heads and your tails."

"why am i tails?"

"fine. your heads! now, if it's heads, i'll change my outfit and we will go for your concept something. if it's tails, you will follow my concept."

"what's concept?"

"it's a secret. ready?" she asked, i just nodded. she threw the coin and catched it with one hand and placed flat on the back of her hand. i hoped it's heads! i hopes its heads! *finger crossed*

she took off her hand and it was tails. great! how would i show her the museum. "yess!!! we will go for my concept, mr. jeon jungkook!" she cheered.

"fine, cleopatra." i said and walked to the elevator. "heup! wait a second, jeon jungkook!" she said and stretched out her empty palms towards me. "what?" i asked.

"keys?"

"what keys?"

"my concept is to be followed today so, you will follow everything i do. now, today i will do the driving." she said. i just can't let you drive my car. it's too expensive and i don't want to die early. but in the end, no matter how i argue at her, she always win. i hate this feeling!

i handed my car keys on her palms, "thank you!" she said. i sat on the passenger seat beside her and she sat on the driver's seat. she turned on the engine. "jisoo, can i ask you a question?" i said.

"what is it?" she asked.

"can you even, you know, drive?" i asked. i'm serious. if this girl is not good at driving, i'll be praying for traveling mercy now cause my life is at sake right now. "just believe in me." she said. the way she said it made me more nervous. i buckled my seatbelt and even checked it twice if it's really buckled in. then, there she went and drive my car and went to wherever we are going.

we went to the amusement park, where rollercoasters, merry go rounds are. she parked the car and and excitedly went out and can't wait to get in. "yah! calm down. you're like a kid!" i said.

"let's go!" she said, she grabbed my hand and ran to the entry gate. she was going to pay the entrance but i already handed out my credit card. after getting all the tickets. we went inside and jisoo is just like a kid who is so excited to try all the rides and do all the games here in the amusement park. "jungkook-ah, let's go for the viking!! please!!" she cutely begged. "fine." i said.
