Next morning:

Sunrays were disturbing a beautiful couples sleep. Anika was snuggling herself into Shivaay and he was also doing the same. Shivaay wakes up to find his wife sleeping peacefully.

Shivaay muttered Kumbhkaran. Carresing her face Shivaay went to fresh up. He later brings coffee and espresso to their room. Anika got up and was arranging her clothes.

S: Anika!

A: Good morning Shivaay!

S: Good morning! Here have your favourite coffee.

Anika takes the coffee and both were talking.

A: Shivaay aaj mein bohot khush hoon.

S: Kyu? Kya hua?

A: Kyunki mein aaj se hospital jane wali hoon. Itne dino se nahi gayi thi na.

S: Ok then! Pehle hum ghar chalthe hai, uske baad I will drop you to hospital and I will leave to office.

A: Par Shivaay... I can manage.

S: Acha theek hai I thought that I will drop you but kya kare.... It's ok Anika. 

He starts his drama.

A: Aap tho Sahil se bhi bade dramebaaz hai. Acha theek hai aap hi drop kar dijiye. Theek hai!

She was about to leave but Shivaay holds her hand. She turns back and sees Shivaay coming close to her. He kissed her cheek.

S: I will be waiting for you Anika! 

He says in his husky voice and leaves. Anika had become a red tomato.

Later both of them leave to OM. Both of them get ready and Shivaay drops Anika near her hospital. 

A: So...

S: Soo...

Anika suddenly kisses Shivaay's cheeks. 

A: Thank you Shivaay. Kal ka din mere liye bohot special tha..

She says and leaves a shocked SSO behind.

Shivaay touches his cheeks where Anika had kissed. He leaves to the office blushing.

Everyone in the office was shocked to see their boss, the great Shivaay Singh Oberoi smiling like a mad person. 

He enters his cabin. Gauri comes there.

G: Good morning bhaiyya!

S: Good morning!

G: Kya hua bhaiyya sab kuch theek hai na?

S: Ha Gauri. Kyu puch rahi ho?

G: Kyu ki aap aise has rahe ho 2 ghante se...

S: Woh... Gauri...Anyways bring the file.

G: Yes bhaiyya.

Later Shivika involve themselves in their works. Late in the evening, Shivaay completes his work.

Shivaay and Gauri get down the office. Om comes there.

S: Hi Om!

O: Hi Shivaay.

S: Tum yaha...

O: Woh isiliye kyunki mein aur Gauri bahar jaane wale hai. 

S: Enjoy your couple times!

Gauri blushes and leaves with Om. Shivaay calls Anika. 

S: Hello Anika!

Anika's PA attends the phone.
