Next day:

Shivaay gets ready in his three piece suit and looks at Anika who was still sleeping. Just then he gets a phone. The caller ID showed Arnav.

S: Hi Arnav!

A: Hi!

S: What's up man?

A: Woh... I and Mallika are returning to London tomorrow. Just wanted to inform you and Anu. By the way where is she? She did not answer any call?

S: She is still sleeping. Woh kal raat der ho gayi....

He says and thinks what he had said.

A: Ohhhh! Der hogayi!

S: Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai. She was busy reading the case files... (that was a great idea!!)

A: Acha theek hai! Just inform her. 

S: Alright!

Bidding bye to each other Shivaay cuts the call. He goes to Anika.

Shivaay: Anika wake up!

Anika: Mujhe 2 min aur sone dijiye na!

She covers her with the duvet and snuggles into pillow.

S: Anika wake up na!

She does not give any response.  He caresses her face. Her forehead was a bit hot. He gets worried and calls doctor.

D: She got fever due to cold. There's nothing to worry. Just give her these medicines on time.

S: Yes doctor!

Saying so the doctor leaves. 

Shivaay: Khanna!

K: Yes Sir!

S: Cancel all my meetings today and yes bring these medicines.

K: Yes Sir.

Shivaay calls Dr. Bhadra.

S: Hello dadu!

B: Ha Shivaay beta! Kaise ho tum?

S: I am alright.

Shivaay then asks him to cancel all the appointments of Anika.  Shivaay then slowly makes Anika to wake up.

A: Shivaay kya hua? Aap office kyu nahi gaye? Aur mujhe uthaya bhi nahi aapne? Mujhe bhi hospital jana hai na?

She checks the time. It showed 10.

A: Shivaay it's already 10. You would be late to office. 

S: Anika relax. Tum aaj kahi nahi jaogi. You need to take rest. 

A: Par Shivaay...

S: Anika tumne apni tabiyat dekhi kya! You are not going anywhere. I will bring some hot soup for you. Just fresh hokar yahi baitho. Okay!

He caresses her face. 

A: Okay!

Shivaay prepares soup and brings it with medicines. Anika just comes to the room.

S: Have it!

Anika takes one sip and puts the soup away.

S: Kya hua Anika?

A: Achi nahi lagi..

S: It happens Anika. Have the soup.

A: No..

S: Acha theek hai.

He takes the soup. He gets an idea.

S: Anika Arnav just called me.

A: Kyu?

Shivaay takes the spoon and feeds her.

S: They are returning to London tomorrow.

A: Hmm..

Shivaay then makes her have the soup through his talks and Anika just had it with out any complaint.

S: Anika now have the medicines.

A: No......

S: Anika please have it!

Anika takes the medicine in one go. 

A: Shivaay its so bitter.  Mujhe michmichi ho rahi hai. 

S: Now take some rest.

A: Shivaay aap office jaiye. I will take rest for sure.

S: You are most important to me than office Anika. I took a day off. Tum yeh sab chodo and take rest. I will come in a while.

Shivaay gets up. He takes the soup cup and turns back but Anika was holding his hand. She did not want Shivaay to go away from her. 

S: Anika just take rest. You will be fine!

Anika makes Shivaay sit down.

A: Shivaay!

S: Kya hua?

Anika puts her head in his lap. Shivaay puts the tray aside and starts caressing her face and tucks her hair. Anika takes his hand and puts it around her waist and she places her hand on above of his. She feared that Shivaay may leave her.  

Anika slowly sleeps due to the medicine effect. Shivaay makes her lie down properly on the bed. Giving her a small peck on her forehead Shivaay covers her with duvet. He goes out to kitchen and asks the maid to prepare some light lunch. He then goes to the room.

Shivaay takes some files and does his work. After completing his work, his gaze moves towards Anika who was sleeping peacefully. 

He sits on the bed next to her and takes her hand in his. 

S: Anika! You will be fine. Mein tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga!

Slowly he also drifts into sleep in the same position. 

It was around evening that Anika woke up. She was feeling okay now. She saw Shivaay sleeping in an uncomfortable position. His mouth was opened lightly. 

Anika slowly closes his mouth and a small smile forms on her face. She slowly makes him to lie down properly. But she falls on Shivaay due to force. He wakes up.

S: Anika tum kab uthi?

Anika was lost in his eyes.

S: Anika!

She comes to reality. She tries to get up but her ear ring got stuck in to his shirt button. 

A: Aah! 

S: One second! Just hold on.

Shivaay tucks her hair and removes the ear ring. All the while Anika was staring him. 

Both get up. Shivaay cups Anika's face.

S: Anika how are you feeling now?

A: I am fine now!

S: It was all my fault. If I took you to home without taking you to beach you would be alright.

Anika puts her fingers on his lips.

A: Shh! It was not your fault okay. Just stop blaming yourself. 

Shivaay nods. Anika then removes her hand from his lips. 

A: Mujhe bhook lag rahi hai. Lunch karenge!

S: Alright then. Tum yahi ruko I will bring lunch here to both of us.

A: Shivaay mein theek hoon. 

S: Woh toh mujhe dikh raha hai. Just take rest. 

Later Shivaay brings lunch for both of them. They have a happy lunch talking with each other.

I am so sorry for not updating since two days. I was very busy with my assignments. But I will give my next update soon. Lots of love to all!!!
