The plane took its way through the clouds. Shivaay assures Anika by catching her hand tightly. Silence prevailed for a while. Not able to bear it Anika calls Shivaay.

A: Shivaay!

S: Kya hua Anika?

A: Mein bore ho rahi hoon....

She says with a cute pout. Shivaay pulled her cheeks.

S: Toh aisa kya karun jisse mere wifey doesn't feel bored!

He says with a smirk to see her blushing. 

S: Anika!

Anika looks to the opposite side unable to stare him. Anika hummed in response without looking at him. 

S: Anika mere taraf dekho!

She turns her face to his side to see his face with a big smirk. Shivaay takes his hand and tucks her hair. Anika was blushing like a red tomato. 

S: Zyada blush mat karo meri wifey!

A: Shivaay agar aap aise CSO baney rahenge toh mein aap se baat nahi karungi!!

S: Now what's CSO? 

He asked being confused.

A: Cheesy Singh Oberoi!

S: Abhi mein kya karun! Meri wife hai hi itni sweet! These lines come from my heart!

A: Shivaaaay! She hits his shoulder.

S: Kya?

A: Kuch nahi... 

Saying so she again places her head on his shoulder. 

A: Shivaay you only look good in your bagad billa form. Yeh CSO style na aap ko match nahi karti!

S: Acha ji!!

Anika nods. Both were talking for a while when air hostess came for snacks. After having them Shivika start talking on random topics. Anika slept on his shoulder in between of their talks. Shivaay was staring her lovingly. He takes her hand and kisses it. She smiles in the  sleep. After a while both of them got up and were talking when they heard an announcement..

Announcement: There is a medical emergency... Is there a doctor on board!

A: Shivaay I will just come!

S: Mein bhi aata hoon!

Anika goes to a air hostess and informs her that she is a doctor. The hostess takes her to a small girl who fell down unconscious. A small croud formed there. 

Anika requests everyone to move a side. She checks the girl and her mother informs that she was asthamatic patient. Taking the first aid kit from the hostess she did treatment.

The girl slowly woke up. She hugged her mother tightly. Her mother caressed her hair and kissed on her forehead. She later thanked Anika whole heartedly.

A: Yeh meri duty hai. Aapko thanks kehne ki koi zaroorat nahi hai....

Later everyone settle themselves in their seats not before thanking Anika. Shivaay felt very proud.

Shivika also sit in their seats.

S: Anika mein toh uss bachi ki halat dekh kar gabara gaya tha...

Anika assures him that everything is fine. To distract him she starts talking on random topics. Shivaay understood that she was doing this to make him feel better. He also gets involved in their talks.

After a while the girl Anika treated came to Anika. Shivaay took the girl in his arms.

Girl: Thank you..
