Later Shivika go to OM. After having dinner Anika sleeps being tired. Shivaay was attending a phone call. Later he comes to the room to find his Anika sleeping peacefully. He then calls Khanna.

S: Khanna is everything set there?

K: Yes Sir.

S: Make sure everything is perfect.

K: Yes Sir.

Later Shivaay sits on the bed and turns to Anika. He recollects all his moments he spent with her. He slowly  caresses her face. He then sleeps next to her thinking about her.

Next day:

Shivika get ready and start their journey towards NGO.

A: Shivaay this NGO is my mom's and my bua's dream. I love to go there.

Shivaay nods. Finally they reach their destination. Shivika meet everyone except Sahil.

Shivika were talking to some person when a voice comes from behind. It is of Sahil.

Sa: Anika didi!

Shivika turn to see Sahil. Sahil runs to Anika. (Sahil is a healthy boy).

Anika bends down to his level. She hugs him tightly. Sahil also reciprocates.

A: Kaisa hai tu?

Sa: Bohot ache.

A: Gussa khatam ho gaya?

Sa: Tum milne aa gayi na! I am okay now. Where is my SSO jiju!

Shivaay bends to his level.

S: Hi Sahil.

Sa: Hello SSO.

S: What's SSO?

Sa: Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Itna bada naam hai na isiliye meine short kar diya.

Sahil hugs Shivaay.

S: Sahil these are for you.

Sahil takes all the gifts.

Sa: I love you SSO. I really liked all these gifts.

A: Hello Sahil! Mujhe bhool gaye ho na tum? She makes a cute pout.

Sa: Arey di, mein aap ko kaise bhool jaunga. You are my bestie right?

He kisses her cheeks. After a while  Anika goes to talk to the managment head leaving Shivaay and Sahil.

Sa: Thanks SSO.

S: Kisliye Sahil?

Sa: Mere di ki life mein happiness bharne keliye.

Shivaay was shocked seeing the care the little one have for Anika.

Sa: Aap ko pata hai Anika didi bohot achi hai. When I lost my parents and I was about to fall in my life it's Anika didi who made me stand up. Didi ne mujhe yaha join kiya. Ek baat bolu tho mein abhi apne parents ko miss nahi karta hoon kyunki Anika didi had took their role. Sirf mujhe hi nahi iss NGO ke saari bacho ko Anika didi hi role model hai.

Shivaay was proud of his Anika.

Sa: SSO I need a promise from you.

S: Bolo na Sahil.

Sa: Mere di ko kabhi nahi chodna. Usse bohot saara happiness dena.

Sahil forwards his little finger.

S: Pinky promise Sahil. Mein tumhari didi ko kabhi nahi chodunga.

Both of them were talking when Anika comes.

A: Kya baat hai. Dono kya secrets share kar rahe ho?

S: Secrets ko share nahi karte Anika.

A: Acha theek hai, aapki secrets aapke paas hi rakhiye.

Sa: SSO mein ek baat bolu?

S: Bolo na Sahil?

Sa: You look like billu.

S: What? He then remembers that party when Anika called him billu.

Sa: Kyunki aap ki eyes tho billu ki eyes ki tarah hai. Isiliye meine aap ko aaj se billu bulavunga.

Other kids also join him. Everyone tease Shivaay by calling him Billu. Anika was on verge of laughing but was trying her level best to control it.

Later everyone have lunch there. Shivika play with the kids for a while and leave not before hugging Sahil.

Shivika: Bye Sahil.

S: Bye Anika didi. Bye billu jiju!

All kids: Bye billu jiju!

Shivika sit in the car. Anika finally starts to laugh like a mad person. She was holding her stomach and was trying to control the never ending laugh.

S: Alright Anika. Just stop it.

Anika finally manages to control her laugh.

A: Shivaay you are looking cute. She pinches his cheeks and again starts laughing.

Shivaay then gets an idea and kisses her cheek. Anika was startled by his sudden move.

A: Yeh..... kya hai?

S: Anika if you dont stop now I have my own ways. He says it in his husky voice moving close to her.

Later both of them adjust themselves. There was silence for a while. Shivaay took a different route.

A: Shivaay you took the wrong route.

S: Anika we are going to that place which I told to you.

A: Mein tho bool hi gayi thi. Acha batayien ki hum kaha ja rahe hai.

S: Meine kaha na its a suprise.

Shivika drive to the out skirts of the city. They move to Shivaay's farm house. Khanna was waiting there. He gives the keys to Shivika and leave.

Shivaay gets down the car first and gives his hand for Anika. She gets down the car and gets pleased with the view.

A: I really love this place Shivaay. Thank you shooo much.

Shivaay chuckles at her.

S: Anika I really love this place. Bachpan mein Prinku, mein, maa, papa, Om his parents hum sabhi yaha aate the. This place gave me a lot of memories Anika.

Anika takes Shivaay's hands and assures him. Suddenly,

A: Shivaay whats this sound?

S: There are waterfalls nearby.

A: Shivaay mujhe abhi jana hai.

She says and takes Shivaay's hands and both of them move towards the waterfalls.
