Next morning:

Anika woke up to see Shivaay peacefully cuddling into her. Her face formed a cute smile seeing him. All the previous nights incidents played in his mind. She saw that her clothes were already changed and she blushed. 

Anika slowly got up from the bed without disturbing him and opened the curtains. She was amazed when she felt rain drops falling on her face. She peeped outside to observe it was raining gently. Anika then went inside and got ready for the day. Shivaay was still sleeping. She smiled and pecked his forehead and left to kitchen. 

The head worker Julie was working in kitchen. 

A: Hello aunty! Good morning!

J: Good morning Anika! Do you want something..

A: Yes aunty.. I badly need coffee...

She said and both of them giggled. 

J: Anika should I prepare coffee for Shivaay!

A: No... He always haves his espresso..I will prepare for him..

J: You love him right!

A: Yes aunty.. a lot.. 

She said blushing. 

A: Aunty I need your help...

J: Always at your service...

A: Aunty could you help me in finding rose flowers.. I could not find them here..

J: Is there something special?

A: Yes aunty...Today is rose day na..

She said and blushed. 

J: You will find a garden at the back of villa.. It would help you for sure!

A: Thanks aunty! 

Anika had the coffee and decided to surprise Shivaay. She moved towards garden to find variety of flowers. Rain had stopped by that time. After taking a bunch of red roses, Anika made her way back to the villa. She then prepared a bouquet with her on hands and prepared espresso for Shivaay.

Anika smiled to see Shivaay still sleeping. She opened all the curtains and pulled the comforter.

A: Good morning Shivaay!

S: Good morning Anika! 

He sat on the bed and stretched his arms lazily. 

A: Shivaay aap fresh hokar aayien! 

S: Okay!

He said excitedly and pecked her cheek and left to washroom. He came out to see Anika standing near the curtains. He moved towards her and placed his head on her shoulder. 

A: Happy rose day Shivaay!

She said and gifted him the bunch of roses. He felt happy and took the bouquet in his hands. 

S: Love you Ani!

A: Love you too Shivaay!

He caught her hand and she lightly winced. 

S: Kya hua Anika? 

He saw a small scar on her hand covered with bandage.

A: Woh Shivaay...meine roses keliye garden pe gayi thi aur I did not notice a thorn there...

Shivaay's face formed a frown and Anika gave him abhi-tum-gayi waala expression. And as expected Shivaay started his bhaashan. 

S: Tumhara dhyaan kaha rehta hai! Dekho kitna lag gaya... You don't care about yourself. I am seeing you are turning more careless day by day! Agar tujhe zyaada se lag jaati toh... Lekin tum toh jhansi ki raani ho... Tujhe apne aap ki parwa hi nahi hai..Aur..
