Olivia's Story

Chapter 57

I woke up to yelling. I'm sure Camillia is up too. What are they arguing about now? "Mommy?", Camillia asked.

"Yeah I'm here baby, I'll be right back.", I said.

"No don't leave me! I'm scared of the dark."

"I'll turn the light on." I got out of the bed and turned the light on. I left my room to see what was going on closing the door behind me.

When I made it to Cali's room I saw her boyfriend chocking her. He must have just started cause Cali was just yelling.

I ran and jumped on his back. "Let my best friend go bitch.", I yelled as I hit him. He didn't let her go. I did some nasty shit. I bit his neck. If he was chocking my best friend I wouldn't have done that. He let her go then flipped me on to the floor hard. I could barely move.

"You dumb bitch!", he yelled kicking me.

"Mommy!", I head Camillia cry as I covered my head.

"Baby go back to my room!", I said. I heard a loud thud then he started falling, I rolled out of the way so he wouldn't fall on me. I looked at him then looked up, I saw Cali holding a bat. I forgot that we had that. Cali dropped the bat and helped me up. She hugged me.

"I'm so sorry.", she said.

"Don't be Cali.", I said hugging her back. We let go then I went to my room. Camillia was on my phone crying. Who is she talking to? I took the phone.

Me:Hello?
Unknown:What is she talking about?

It's Trever.

Me:Nothin', it's fine. Everything is fine.
Trever:I'm on my way.

He hung up before I could say anything else. I sat on my bed then Camillia quickly crawled onto my lap and hugged me as she cried, I hugged her back and rubbed her back. "It's okay baby, it's okay.", I said.

Somebody banging on the door woke Camillia up. I stood up about to go open the door until I heard Trever's voice. "Where the fuck he at?!", he yelled. I left my room and went to the living room in pain.

"I knocked him out Trever, it's fine.", Cali said.

"It's fine?! It's fine?! He put his hands on my woman and our daughter saw that shit! What part of that is fine?!" Cali opened her mouth but nothing came out. She looked at me then Trever did. He walked to me and lifted my shirt up half way. I got bruises. "Where he at?" He took his jacket off and cracked his neck then started looking around.

"Baby please don't do anything.", I said. Cali's boyfriend walked into the living room holding his head.

"You dumb bitch, you coulda killed me.", her boyfriend said.

"You wanna put yo' hands on my woman?", Trever asked walking up on him. Her boyfriend laughed. He's like an inch taller than Trever and a little bit more buffer.

"What the fuck you gone-" He was cut off by Trever punching him in his shit. They started fighting. Trever is fucking him up.

As me and Cali tried breaking the up I saw Camillia standing in the door way crying. I didn't even hear her. "Trever stop Camillia is right there!", I said. Trever quickly looked then look back at her boyfriend. He punched him one more time knocking him to the ground then he dragged him out of the house. "Baby it's okay.", I said walking to Camillia. I picked her up and rubbed her back. "Lets go back to sleep.", I said walking to my room.

When I made it to my room I turned the light off and got in bed with Camillia.

While I was dozing off the light turned on. I looked and it was Trever. Camillia sat up ribbing her eyes. "Come here princess.", Trever said as he opened his arms and walked to the bed. Camillia crawled over me then stood up. He picked her up. "I'm sorry princess, I didn't want you to see me like that.", he said.

"Daddy you scared me.", Camillia said.

"I'm so sorry. You don't have to be scared.", he said hugging her.

"Stay with me and mommy and sleep."

"I am."

"Okay.", Camillia said. He put her down and she crawled back over me. He closed the door and turned off the light then got in bed. I drifted off after he wrapped his arm around me.
