Liana didn't speak to Antonio the entire time it took for her to pack her things and leave his house.

She thanked all her lucky stars that she had the means to leave by herself, as it would have killed her to ask for his help.

He'd tried to reason with her but she refused to listen, however childish that may be.

He had deliberately made her think that their situation was something more to him than it was and she felt humiliated. She knew she had agreed to casual and that was fine, not when she believed her had changed those ideals.

She arrived back in London a hours later and headed straight home.

She knew her parents would be there but was unsure of where her sister Luisa would be until she found her in the kitchen eating cereal.

"It's the middle of the afternoon, what are you doing here?"

Luisa rolled her eyes, clearly already irritated with Liana but she didn't take it personally, Luisa didn't know how to lighten up around anyone.

"I live here," was her simple reply as she spooned some more cereal into her mouth. "Have you heard from Andro?"

"No, you?"

"No, Mama and Papa haven't heard from him in days. Theyre really worried." Liana told her sister the conversation she'd had with Leia.

"He'll come around when he's ready," she said quietly but Luisa shook her head,

"I don't think so this time...he's really mad."

"Mad?"

"He has to marry some foreign princess to secure some land, it's a whole big thing." Liana's eyes widened,

"Married, that's insane. Mama and Papa cant expect him to marry a stranger!"

"They do and he will,"

"Not if Andro has anything to do with it." Liana scoffed but Luisa rolled her eyes again.

"Why do you and Andro always want to go against what mama and papa say? They do what they do because it's the best thing for us"

"How do you just do what they say so blindly, not everything is so black and white Luisa!"

"I think it is when it comes to them; theyre our parents, we're meant to respect them."

"We do, but we're also adults and can make our own decisions. Mama and Daddy might not like it all the time but that's something they'll have to deal with. You cant spend your whole life not living just because you think you'll disappoint them."

As the words fell out of her mouth, Liana realised how true they were and how much it represented her own situation.

She knew her father would hit the roof if he found out about Antonio but if she wanted to be with him; it shouldn't matter what her father thought. She was an adult; she could make her own decisions.

Luisa looked at her thoughtfully,

"Who'd have thought it, baby sis is all grown up."

"Shut up," she said playfully but Luisa just smiled. She was usually a little high strung but her heart was in the right place.

"Are you going back to work soon?" Liana watched her big sister get a little tense before answering,

"Eventually...soon,"

"Whats the matter?"

"Christian," Luisa mumbled.

"Who the hell is Christian?" Luisa straightened herself up and shook her head,
