Clara

Like most mornings I roll out of bed and head to the half bathroom to brush my teeth. I look in the mirror and smile for once, trying to pep myself up. I brush through my hair before pulling it back and jumping into the day.

I go to the kitchen and pull out ingredients for a omelet. I make myself one and one for Anthony before cleaning up most of the mess I made. At 8 am sharp he comes out with his boxers hanging dangerously low on his waist. I swallow hard as he rubs his eyes making his arm muscles flex. I didn't want to say anything but if he keeps walking around like that I'm actually going to lose my mind.

"Good morning Clara" he yawns as he sits across from me. I hand him a glass of orange juice and his omelet with ham and cheese and set it down for him.

"Good morning Anthony, how did you sleep" I ask.

"I slept well. We didn't get in until really late last night but it was nice to back in my own bed again" he admits and I nod.

"What are your for plans today" I wonder as he nearly eats his whole omelet in one bite. Someone was hungry.

"I was just about to ask you the same thing" he says and I raise my eyebrow.

"When am I ever doing anything" I question.

"Well I wasn't sure if you were painting again" he claims.

"I am but there's no schedule for that. It just happens" I shrug.

"So then you're not doing anything today" he questions as his voice gets higher.

"Not that I'm aware of" I shake my head.

"Well Jon and Farrah was going to go out for a lunch to hang out with Kris and his girlfriend. He just got called up recently and we were going to go to lunch together to hang out. I wanted to know if you wanted to come with me..." he trails off.

I look at him as he finally let the omelet be for a second. He waits for me to say something as I sit across from him with my plate of food in front of me.

"Like a date" I ask.

"No. Just a chance for you to get out the house, you'll be in good company. You already know Jon and Farrah are great and Kris is a amazing guy and you'll love his girlfriend. They're the nicest couple you will ever meet" he explains.

"Sure, that would be nice" I admit and he raises his eyebrows.

"Really" he gasps and I laugh a little. I never leave the house so this was a bit surprising to him.

"Yeah. I love meeting new people, especially any friends of Jon and Farrah's" I insist. "That worked out pretty well last time" I smirk and he starts to blush.

"Awesome. We'll probably leave about noon and we're going to a nice restaurant down by the water" he says and I nod.

"Got it. Mind if I jump in the shower" I ask and he shakes his head.

"It's all yours" he assures me.

I finish up my breakfast a lot slower than Anthony does but he insisted on finishing cleaning up since I cooked. So I jump in his shower and wash out my hair. I shave my legs since it was May and warm in Chicago so my legs can be out and free. I had a nice little dress picked out that Farrah gave me to change into. Since I didn't need to hide my cuts and bruises anymore I was excited to wear these types of things.

After my shower I wrap myself in a towel and dry off my hair. I wrap the towel around my chest making it so it stops right above my knees. I walk out of the bathroom and right into something.
