Finn
Gwen is a babysitter. Was not expecting that.
Gwen is the last person I would ever trust to watch a child. She can barely take care of herself. Don't get me wrong, she as some qualities that could make her a good babysitter. She can cook and bake well, while I can't even make mac and cheese. She is friendly and funny, Gwen can make almost anyone laugh. But Gwen is also very clumsy, last week she was walking down the hall and she just fell. Nothing tripped her she just fell face first onto the floor. Plus she can't pay attention very long, she looses focus very easily. I just hope that the kid she is babysitting tonight has 911 on speed dial.

Gwen and I arrive at school just as the bell rings. I park the truck and climb out staring at the huge brick building in front of us. We jog towards the double metal doors and I open one before gwen can reach it. "Ladies first," I bow and motion Gwen inside the brick building. Gwen rolls her eyes and walks pass me smiling."Bye Finn...." Gwen waves over her shoulder and walks down the busy hall.
"Bye Gwendoline," I yell making sure everyone in the hallway hears me. I can see Gwen stop walking and turn around, her whole face is bright red.
I chuckle and head towards my first class. "Hey Finn wait up," A high pitched girly voice says from behind me. I slowly turn around so that I am facing the gourgeus brunette cheerleader. "Hey," I say faking a smile.
"So there is a party next friday night and I was wondering...well I was wondering if you want to go with me," she says while biting her plump bottom lip and batting her mascara covered eye lashes. How do you say no to a super attractive cheerleader, you don't. That's why the hormone crazed boy inside of me answers. "How about I just see you there," I wink and continue to walk down the hall leaving the pretty brunette behind me. I hope Gwen isn't pissed I said 'I will see you there' to that hot cheerleader. Though I don't think she will mind, Gwen and I are just friends. I have always wanted a girl bestfriend, it sounds stupid but it's true. Just like most girls want a guy best friend. Now when ever I have awkward girl problems I can just ask Gwen, though Gwen might not be the most qualified for that job since she has never had a real boyfriend or any real boy contact at all.
~I get asked to the party two more times at lunch and those times Gwen was right there.
"Wow, Finn your now the new school player," Gigi laughs as the two Senior girls walk away after asking me to the party. Which I had the same answer for both ' Guess I will see you there'.
"Or the new man-horror," Gwen mumbles to herself from across the table.
"Man-Horror! Gwen I am wounded, truly wounded," I say dramatically while holding my hand over my heart. Gwen purses her lips before biting into her sandwich. "Gwen I am sorry. What can I say the ladies here love me." I smirk.
"Whatever Finn, I really could care less. It's great that your making other friends than me and my friends, " Gwen smiles and returns her attention to her lunch. If you ask me, Gwen's smile looked weak and not convincing. I have made friends, the guys in the band I just joined are cool and I like most of the kids in my classes.

Its the last period of the day and I am practically watching the clock. The bell rings and I jump at the sound. I pack up my binder and sling my backpack over my shoulder. "Mr.Pierce, Can I have a word," Mr.Wilson waves me towards his wood desk.
As I watch all the other students walk out of the class, lucky bastards.
"Yeah, What's up?" I ask leaning my hands against his desk.
"So the tutoring classes for math you agreed to, do start tomorrow. You are going to tutor Maggie Harvest, she is second on the list," Mr.Wilson hands me a list with a whole bunch of unfamiliar names on it, then me eyes rest on one name. Gwendoline Greene. My Gwen, someone was going to tutor my Gwen and it isn't me. Not happening. "Excuse me Sir, may I switch Maggie with Gwen, please," I beg before handing back the list. "Ahhh, Gwen. Sorry Finn but I already assigned someone to her." He shakes his head and shrugs. "Please Sir, I know Gwen personally and I know what she needs to work on," I protest,"We hang out a lot, so we will be able to study out of school too."
Mr.Wilson sighs and finally agrees, after I give him a couple more reasons about why I am the best tutor for her. I have a huge victory smile on my face as I walk out of the class room smiling. I decide to stop by my locker and I can tell that Gwen is waiting for me.
"Hey, so what happened with the babysitting job," I ask while opening my lock. "I missed the bus because my teacher had to talk to me about getting tutored, I don't need a stupid tutor. Anyway, I missed the bus and now I am going to be late for the job. Finn, I need a lift." Gwen sighs and bits her bottom lip. Her head is leaning against the locker and her blonde hair is falling out of a loose bun. "Alright, c'mon lets go," I grab her wrist and pull her towards me. Wraping my arm around her shoulders and sqeezing. "Let go Finn, your crushing me," Gwen laughs and I release her. We walk out of the school and through the almost empty parking lot towards my truck.
Once again Gwen ends up in my car.
