'I don't wanna talk about it' 'Fuck that nigga Lucci' 'Fuck DeVaugh' Nazeer didn't want to be bothered. From what I understood..... I don't know Nazeer wasn't really saying anything and Jerell's description didn't really give much information, so I decided to say fuck it from what I understood Lucci left with DeVaugh which wasn't necessarily a good thing because from what remember about DeVaugh..... it wasn't looking too good for Lucci. None of that matter to me, all I cared about was making sure this little sleepover went without any drama because I knew this Nazeer/Lucci/DeVaugh drama was bad enough. When I got home Quran was in the gym working out and I figured I could at least attempt to do what Joy asked me to do and to see things from his eyes.... hmm let's see what I knew about Quran, maybe that would be a good starting point for conversation; he was poor, his mom worked in a hotel cleaning up after people, they didn't own a car, his dad was murdered right in front of him, he hit hard as fuck, he liked dudes and..... I guess finding out when he liked dudes was a good jumping off point. I walked into the gym and helped him with the weights he was struggling with and smirked.

"I really don't see what's so funny, I've been in here since six....." Quran said smirking back and I looked down at my watch and saw that it was about two in the afternoon. "Where have you been?" He asked grabbing a towel and wiping off his face.

"Umm..... counseling.... yeah my parents decided that I had a lot of internal issues that I needed to work through, I was always getting into fights, getting suspended, drinking, smoking..... so they thought if I talked about my issues then maybe I would calm down some." I said shrugging.

"You should've told me..... I had to go to counseling for the same thing, my issues stemmed from what happened with my dad so what's your trigger?" Quran asked flexing his muscles and I looked at him for a second.

"When did you start liking dudes?" I asked walking over to the free weights and began working out a little, Quran looked at me and shrugged.

"Pre-school, there was this dude named Josiah or something.... I don't really remember but he was cute as fuck and during naptime, we'd sneak into the playhouse and 'play house' I was a fast ass little kid and I guess I found dudes more my speed. What about you?" He asked and I smirked.

"When I met August.... we were young but I remember thinking damn he's cool to damn he's cute and it just snowballed from there.... But uhh.... I'm having a little sleepover with a couple of my boys and I know August will most likely invite Semaj and their cousin Clévon, plus Victor, Tripp, Jerell, and Nazeer so umm write down what kind of snacks you like and I'll send Ms. Ethel to the store to pick them up." I said and Quran nodded.

"Jacobi... just for the record, I've never hated nor was I ever jealous of you.... true that me and my mom may not be leaving the life that you are but we got a bond that I wouldn't trade for shyt and to me, the bond of family is more important than anything.... so even if you dislike me, we're family and that means something to me. I'm about to hit the shower." Quran said walking out the room.

After my workout, shower, and power nap I got up and started getting ready for all these niggas to show up at my house Nazeer was the first one to show up and I was glad because I really wanted to make sure he was good but again he refused to talk, I knew how much he loved Lucci so this couldn't have been easy for him.

"Jacobi your little friend is here?" Ms. Ethel said rolling her eyes and walking off mumbling something about a no good hoe, I never understood why she never liked Jerell I mean out of all the dudes I've brought over here she really had a deep dislike for my current boyfriend.

"Wassup?" I asked walking over to him and he shrugged. "Why didn't you just come down to the basement, you knew where I was at?" I asked and he rolled his eyes.
