I was in single mode so I really didn't have an issue with the fact that I was fuckin a random, but the way this dude performed I was definitely trying to keep him around a little bit longer. Let me back up, my boys were back and town and even though we were supposed to be having our cookout today they decided that last night they wanted to go out and celebrate a successful tour and that's when I met.... I don't even know dudes name but whatever, as long as he help numb the pain from that situation with Lucci then I was okay with it. Damn, just thinking about him hurt my heart a little because I was still in love with him despite the fact that he was fuckin me and my cousin at the same time, while I stood in the shower washing off the sweat from my all night fuck-a-thon Lucci's face danced in my memory and I tried my hardest to focus on the dude who was kissing across my chest and seconds later as he began sucking my dick Lucci vanished from my memory and I was lost in the feeling of this dude who was sucking my soul from my dick...

"Damn you're just going to leave without telling me your name? What if I wanted to link up again?" I asked smiling as we walked to the parking garage.

"Trust me... we'll be seeing each other again, but for right now I just wanna keep up a little bit of the mystery. There's some people who I'd rather not know that I'm in town just yet, I hope you understand." He said and there was something about the coy way that he was speaking that was both sexy and a little annoying... which made him even sexier. "See you around kid." He said walking towards his car but I stopped him and pulled him back, we stood there kissing for a few minutes before he finally pulled away. "I should really get going because if I don't I'll end up ass naked right here." He said winking. After he pulled off I walked back into the house where Scorpio was sitting on the couch shaking his head.

"Why do I get the feeling that you're about to say something smart and it's going to fuck up my entire mood?" I asked sitting on the couch next to him, Scorpio was like my brother so I knew he was going to tell me exactly what he was thinking, damn my feelings if he thought it was for my own good.

"I guess you got a type.... nothing wrong with that, just an observation; I'll give that nigga this much, he's cuter that Lucci's hoe ass and he got a fatter ass, and given the sounds that were coming from your bedroom I'll willing to bet that his ass felt better than it looked." Scorpio said smirking.

"Bruh I woke up ready to marry that nigga, that's now good it was but now that I'm starting to regain some of my common sense, I see that bringing him back here probably wasn't best idea I had but I was drunk so I get a pass." I said shaking my head.

"Whatever nigga just be careful, us light skin niggas are known to break hearts which is the main reason all my dudes have been chocolate to charcoal." Scorpio said laughing.

"I thought you didn't have sex? I thought you were looking for your rib? I thought....." I said but Scorpio jumped up catching me off guard because this nigga had the shortest fuse in history so it didn't take much to set him off.

"I don't have sex.... I make love. I'm not just looking for my rib..... I'm looking for my forever, someone I can be with, in this life, the next, and whatever comes after that, that type of love that becomes the stuff of legend. Look I would love to school you in all the ways I'm a better boyfriend than you'll ever be but we should really head to this cookout because you know I don't trust them niggas on the grill, I'll drive." Scorpio said jumping up and grabbing his keys, I swear that nigga was so damn annoying, but that was my bro so I couldn't say too much........

"De'Vaugh you know Jacobi, this is his cousin Quran, that's Semaj, Tripp, and Victor." Nazeer said and I'm not going to lie that nigga looked downright miserable and I knew it was because he was going through the same exact thing I was which is something I like to refer to as Lucci Withdrawl Syndrome, his was probably worse because he actually had to live with that nigga. "Show these niggas around I'm about to drink." Nazeer said walking off and I told his friends to make themselves at home while I went to go check on my little cousin.

"Give that nigga some space, people handle heartbreak differently so let him deal with it in his own way. Besides I'm pretty sure you're the last person he wants to see right now considering that y'all were fuckin the same nigga." My big brother Dex said stopping me. "Uncle Neji filled me in on everything.... I go to Ohio for a few days and come back to this mess." Dex said shaking his head before I could talk to him a little bit more his girlfriend Isis walked over and stole his attention, so I decided to go check on my boys because Scorpio looked like he was about to start swinging.

"What done happen now?" I asked hoping that they didn't start fighting because as entertaining as that would be it would kill the whole vibe of the party and ruin the entire day. Omari, Babyface, and Zelle all looked at each other like they were trying to decide which one was going to tell me before Scorpio finally decided 'fuck it'.

"These three dumb ass niggas were cooking fish....." Scorpio said heatedly, I looked at my boys wondering what the big deal was and Scorpio let out an exasperated sigh. "All of y'all niggas are dumb as fuck, fish is supposed to be the last thing you put on the grill... unless you have a separate grill which these niggas don't but now the rest of the food is going to taste like fish because these dumb asses don't know how to grill." Scorpio said and all I could do was shake my head because this was one of the reasons we called him 'The Health Inspector' in school because he was always criticizing someone else's cooking.

"He's right...." Nazeer said walking over to us.

"Thank you.... finally somebody with some damn sense." Scorpio said walking off, I looked at Nazeer who motioned for me to follow him. After our last conversation I was under the impression that we were good but given the vibes I was getting from Nazeer I knew that there was still some resentment on his part.

"If you're still fuckin Lucci can you at least be man enough to tell me? I mean I'm good on that nigga but I don't want y'all sneaking around behind my back like I'm stupid." Nazeer said his nostrils flaring.

"Naz... I haven't seen Lucci since that night you already know about, I've been trying to move on so whatever you think is going on.... it's not." I said looking into his eyes to show him that I was telling nothing but the truth.

"Do you still love that nigga?" Nazeer asked and I shrugged, I think that was the first lie I told because the truth of the matter is that I did still love Lucci because when someone shows you their soul, it's almost impossible to get over them in a few weeks. As the day went on Nazeer seem to be avoiding me but I knew we'd have to talk sooner or later, everything was running smoothly Nazeer's friends seem to fit in perfectly with my friends.... all that being said there was one thing that stood out to me more than everything and that was Scorpio.

"You good?" I asked walking over to the pool and sitting next to him, Scorpio smirked and shrugged decided not to say anything which isn't like him at all. "Oh so you can't talk now? What was all that with Nazeer?" I asked and Scorpio started laughing.

"Oh, so I'm not allowed to talk to your cousin? We were just talking.... unlike you, Nazeer is an intellectual; I can talk to him about life things and we were discussing politics." Scorpio said shrugging.

"Nah nigga it was more than that... I know you Scorpio, you don't have that goofy ass smile on your face unless you're crushing on someone..... you got a crush on my little cousin?" I asked nudging him a little bit and Scorpio quickly shook his head. "Bro.... you are a horrible liar if you weren't you deny it with the quickness, but all you did was shake your head, but if it makes you feel any better I approve."

"Day-Day... I don't need your approval because there is nothing to approve, me and Naz were having an intelligent conversation; nothing more, nothing less." Scorpio said getting up and offering me his hand. "Come on let's go get some more food before these scavengers eat it all, don't tell Omari I said this but those ribs were......" Scorpio's voice trailed off as his face went from shock, to utter disbelief, to unfiltered rage, I followed his eyes and landed on the two newest addition to our cookout and felt myself getting heated as I looked at Slayer and Lucci walking hand in hand.........................
