Why is this bitch here? We broke up, she had her big cornbread fed ass cousin come to my house and rock my shyt and they got their asses whooped so as far as I was concerned that bitch had no reason to be up here knowing full well that neither me nor my family fucked with her. Yet here she was with that fake ass smile, some dry ass flowers, and a 'It's A Boy' balloon, smiling as if she had just found out slavery has been reinstated; I looked over at Slayer who was looking back and forth between, me, Kelly, and the window as if to say 'Do you want me to toss her out the window?' and as pleasing as that would be, I really didn't need that kind of attention considering what was going on with my dad. Sensing my frustration, Slayer stood up and ushered Kelly from the room before she could even say a single word and a few minutes later he came back in and I could tell he was pissed, his face was red and I knew Kelly had hit him. Slayer didn't say a word but he was texting furiously on his phone and once he was finished he turned his attention to me.

"That bitch really just smacked me...." Slayer said chuckling a little. "I'll give her this, she's bold as fuck but she's definitely going to regret that shyt." Slayer said and it was better if I didn't ask what he had planned because I wanted plausible deniability. "You haven't eaten anything." Slayer said looking at the food that Larenz had brought me earlier.

"I'm not really hunger." I said and as soon as the words left my mouth, my stomach started growling and basically saying 'bitch you lyin', Slayer looked at me and raised his eyebrow.

"Lucci you gotta eat.... you won't do your pops any good if you're weak, so eat that food while go handle some business right quick, I promise I'll be right back." Slayer said crossing the room and kissing me. "I'll be back." He said walking out of the room, leaving me with my dad. Once I was sure we were alone I sat next to my dad and grabbed his hand.

"I'm going not going to lie, I was pissed when you and Larenz told me about mom.... but I get it, just seeing you like this I..... I'm so close to breaking and I can't imagine you not being here. You can't leave me alone dad..... you gotta come back man....." I said brushing tears from my eyes.

I don't know when I fell asleep but when I woke up, it was night time and I was laying on the couch that was in my dad's room, covered by the jacket Slayer was wearing earlier. I sat up and looked around the room trying to piece together what was going on when my eyes landed on her.... Natalie was sitting next to my dad's bed humming quietly. Have you ever looked at someone you've known for years and realize that you didn't know them at all? That's how I felt with Natalie, she used to be extremely nice to me and made me believe that she actually cared about me but now.....

"I was wondering when you'd wake up Luciano." She said running her hand across my dad's head and I swear he jumped at her touch.

"Umm how long have yo been here?" I asked trying to keep my voice from shaking, Natalie gave me a warm smile that didn't reach her ice-cold eyes and I really wanted to run out the room yelling for help but I refused to leave my dad alone with her especially after what Nazeer had told me about what she had possibly had done to my mom.

"Not that long.... I felt so bad that work was keeping me away from my husband but I had some important business to take care of that your dad would be pissed if I didn't get done.... so I saw that Sebastian was here." Natalie said quietly and I wondered to myself why was she asking me about Slayer?

"Yeah, he brought me some food." I said watching her as she got up and walked around the room, stopping at the flowers that Kelly had brought, that I should've thrown out but I was too exhausted to even think about them. "Kelly brought them up here." I said before she could ask and Natalie smiled.

"Who else came to visit?" She asked and though she was smiling, there was a chill to her voice that I felt in my bones. Thankfully the nurse walked in saving me from having to sit in there alone with her because it was getting to the point where I was becoming fearful that she was just as crazy as everyone said she was. While the nurse did her routine checks, Natalie watched her every move while I watched her... it was almost as if she was seeing what would be the easiest way to take my dad out make it look like it was an accident.
