Overwatch High School Family AU

(Jesse's POV) Day 1

^Okay so I'm sorry if in this story, I focus on more of what the characters do rather than what they think. I'm also going to make chapters about certain characters during their day, that way it won't take us forever just to complete one day within the story. I'll also try to get more thoughts and opinions with the characters😄✌️🏻^

My alarm clock rung loudly in my ears as I woke to turn it off. I sat up in bed and checked the time. It's 5:30am. Lucio awoke with a stir, as he heard the loud alarm clock as well. We both got up from our beds. As Lucio started to get dressed and feed his frog Beyoncé, I left the room to wake up my sisters. I took two of Olivia's pillows that lay on the ground and I threw them at both of the girls. "Wake up! We got school today!" I yelled. They both woke and sat up in their beds, looking at me with sleep still in their eyes. "Was that really necessary?" Amelíe asked in a groggy attitude. "Yup. Now get dressed bitches, we got school today." Olivia groaned and as I left their room, I saw them both get out of bed to start getting ready. I shut the door then went back to my shared room. Lucio was sitting at his desk on his phone, talking to what I believed was Hana. Lucio was wearing a green T-Shirt, a pair of dark denim jeans, a blue pullover jacket, and his regular white sneakers. I changed into a blue Superman shirt, a red pullover jacket, a pair of ripped denim jeans, my usual pair of brown sneakers, and my cowboy hat that I always wore.

Once we were dressed Lucio and I made our way out our room and downstairs, into the kitchen. Dad was nowhere to be seen, because he left earlier for the school to prepare his classes for the day. He did however, leave $30.00 on the dining table with a note that read, 'Buy breakfast with this money'. I grabbed my backpack from the living room and put the money in the front pocket. Lucio grabbed his bag just as the girls walked downstairs. Olivia was wearing a light blue tank top covered with a dark purple jacket, some black leggings, and a pair of stylish purple boots. Amelíe wore a black band tee, a pair of black jeans that were ripped all over, a black leather jacket, and her usual pair of black converse. Her hair was nicely done in a ponytail and her long hair looked shiny as it moved with every step she took. We all gathered at the door once we had all of our backpacks.

"Dad left $30.00 on the table for breakfast money, and it's currently 6:07am so we should head over to the bus stop now." I said. Agreeing with what I said, we left the house with me locking it behind, and started walking to the bus stop down the street. I can't wait to see Hanzo. Once we got there, we were met with the Morrison children and Lena Oxton. I blushed when I noticed Hanzo. He was wearing a brown T-Shirt, a pair of denim jeans, and his usual pair of black converse. Nothing really fancy, but he stood out in my eyes.

Hanzo and I joked around with Lucio, Genji and Hana. Angela, Lena and Amelíe talked together as well while Olivia played games on her phone. What seemed like 5 minutes later, the bus finally arrived. As we boarded the bus, I noticed that not many people were on the bus yet, only 6 people. The back of the bus was empty so that's where we all congregated. Hanzo and I sat on one seat and across from them was Olivia and Amelíe. In front of the two girls, was Lucio and Hana, and across from them was Angela and Lena. Once we were all seated, the bus driver started the bus and began to drive to the next neighborhood. We continued our conversations like normal until the bus made another stop. Getting on the bus in this neighborhood was Fareeha and her sister Satya, Brigitte, Jamison and Mako. While the two boys sat towards the front of the bus, Fareeha sat in front of Angela and Lena alone, while Satya and Brigitte sat in front of Lucio and Hana. Once they were seated, the bus kept going. It went to three more stops before finally arriving at Overwatch High School.

The bus stopped and we all got off the bus in a nice, orderly line. Me and my siblings, along with our friends made our way inside to the cafeteria, where the school sold breakfast before classes started. When we all got to the cafeteria, it was 6:43am. The first bell rings at 7:20am, so we had lots of time to kill. We got in the breakfast line and waited for our breakfast.
