So Overwatch 2 was just announced. And I'm going to be 100% honest with every single one of you.
I like it. I like the idea, the fact that we're going to be getting more story, and Sojourn, let's not forget her. Yeah I like it and I'm going to buy it once it's available, but I'm not gonna lie guys,
I'm kinda scared for the future of Overwatch. The first game. It's one of my favourite games to play, if not my favourite game of all time. But what does Overwatch 2 mean for the future of Overwatch 1? Are they still going to be doing events? I was looking forward to the Winter Wonderland event this year, I don't want them to stop the events like Junkenstein's Revenge. And what about Anniversary? Are we still going to be celebrating that in game? It's all very nervous to take in.
It would really break my heart if they made every event related item for each hero available after Overwatch 2 is released. Because you know what that means? It means there's not going to be anymore events. I would probably cry if that happened.
Like I said, I like Overwatch 2 as the game itself, I've been wanting more story for the characters. But I hope that Overwatch 2 stays that way, a story mode for Overwatch, while the first game is essentially the regular mode. I'm not sure how to better explain this, but I hope you know what I mean.
Please tell me what you all think of Overwatch 2, let's discuss in the comments. I'll try to have a new chapter out for you all as soon as I can but in the meantime, I'm staying tuned to the website and YouTube Channel for any more news on the game.
