Jamison is one of those guys who would ruin a touching or serious moment by saying something like, "WHATS UP, FUCKERS!" Or "If two guys were alone on the moon and one of them killed the other with a rock, would that be fucked up or what?" Goddammit Jamison..

I woke up from phantom pains again (ah what's new?). I've had these stupid pains ever since I was 11 and I got in a bad car accident with my Aunt. She didn't survive but I did. I also lost my right arm as a result. Stupid drunk driver. I got up and checked the time on my phone. I've got an hour before the bus stops on my street and Mako should be here any minute n-

DING DONG

Ah there he is. I quickly slip on some comfortable jeans and a random t shirt before going to the door. I opened it and let him in. "There he is! How're you doing today big guy?" I said in my best jackass voice. His eyes rolled so hard I thought they would roll all the way. "Is your phone still broken? I tried to text you last night." Mako said. "Yeah, it's a real pain in my rear. Why don't you come with me this weekend to go get it fixed, huh?" I asked. Mako shrugged his shoulders. "Sure."

After Mako and I ate some breakfast (aka cereal) at my place, we walked out of my house and down to the bus stop and waited for that yellow tuna can on wheels to whisk us off to bootleg prison. I'm a real card aren't I?

"I can't wait to see Genji, I've got a killer prank idea I need to tell him about!" I exclaimed. Mako sighed. "Please tell me it isn't the one with the bri-"
"It's the one with the bricks, baby!" I cackled. Mako face palmed. Glad I got someone who puts up with my crap!
When the bus finally arrived, Mako and I climbed on. I searched the bus for Genji, but all I saw were a bunch of sad and tired faces. "Agh, look at this Mako. Genji decides to play hooky and everyone's in a bad mood," I said as we moved over to where Amelíe and Lena were sitting. We took the empty seat behind them and sat down. When the bus started moving I lean over the seat to look at Amelíe. "It's just all so depressing," I started. "Genji doesn't show up which means I can't unveil my master plan to him and everyone is looking like someone just died! And it's only Tuesday! What the hell..." I say, closing my eyes for a moment as I yawned. When I opened my eyes again, almost everyone on the bus was staring at me with a mix of hatred, shock, and that 'wtf' look you give someone when they something stupid.

...wait, did I say something stupid?

Angela, who was sitting at the front of the bus originally, carefully got up from her seat and started making her way over to me with a look that could seriously kill someone and her left hand in a tight fist. Uh oh. I don't think I've ever seen her this angry before. Wait...she's not angry...she's crying? Oh crap...she's angry and sad! Hell hath no wrath like a woman scorned so I've heard. I'm in trouble, aren't I?

"You Jamison, are the worst!" She said when she was a seat away from me. "Me?! Wh-What did I do?!" I ask, confused. The bus driver then perked up. "Hey! Get back to your seat please." He said sternly. Angela sighed and returned to her seat as she was told. Amelíe turned to face me and so did Lena. "You should probably leave the Morrisons alone for a bit..." Amelíe whispered.
"Why? What happened?"
"There was an accident yesterday. Genji jumped off the roof of the school and almost died!" Lena added, whispering as well. Genji almost died? "Wait seriously? What the bloody hell was he doing up there anyway?" I ask. Amelíe shrugged. "We're thinking suicide." Lena said with a sad look in her eyes.

"Bullshit," I said. The two girls turned to face me again along with others who heard my remark. "Jamison-" Mako started. I placed my hand on his face, cutting him off. "No, no, I'm serious, that's a whole load of donkey crap if you ask me." I said. Olivia and Hana, who sat in the seat in front of Amelíe and Lena, turned to look at me. "What do you mean?" Hana asked. Boy, that girl looked tired. "There's no way Genji's suicidal. He's always cracking jokes, being a smartass, you know, being him." I explained. "...that's actually what I've been thinking." Olivia spoke up. Just then, the bus came to the last stop and picked up Emily, the daughter of one of the scariest women in the world. She took a seat and the bus was moving towards the school a couple blocks down.
