Just like James she was adorable, she was just like him, she'd nuzzle her face into my chest and would let out a squeak anytime something in the movie would startle her.
After the movie was over, we grabbed some food, it was a fun time hanging out with Jamie we talked about a lot of things until we got on the subject of family, that's when I wanted to shut down.
"So Thomas I really wanna know your back story, you don't have to tell me but I think you need someone to talk to about your sadness."
" It's a really really long story Jamie and I don't wanna talk about it, all I can say is that I lost someone close to me."
"Why do you look at me with such sad eyes, Thomas?"
"You just really remind me of my past lover who has passed away."
She kisses me, on my lips and I shed some tears and I kiss back, nothing can replace James, no one, not even Jamie but, I need someone to help me with this pain. James would want me to be happy with someone else if he wasn't there.
"I'm so sorry Thomas, I should—"
"No it's fine, I liked it."
"What was your lover like?"
"He was just like you actually, you guys even look the same."
"Did you guys have any children?"
"Yeah twins."
"He sounds like a lovely person."
"He was perfect."
"Thomas I feel bad now, I don't wanna seem like I'm trying to replace him, but can I try to fill in the whole that is in your heart, I know there will still be pain but you won't have to face it alone. I really like you."
"He would want me to be happy, and if you make me happy then he would want us to be together."
"Okay so, I'm your girlfriend now?"
"Only if you want to be."
"I'd love to be with you."
