There was once a point in my life where I was smiling so happily,
Where I would dance with the wind because I'm carefree.
Where I would often smell the fragrance of the blooming flowers that were so lovely.
There was once a point in my life where I made friends.
Where I learned forgiveness and to make ammends.
Where happiness only prevails and it never ends.
Where the insignia of forever is stuck in my mind and will never bend.
There was once a point in my life where I would smile.
Even when I slipped at the mossly tiles.
Even when chasing my shadows or walk alone in the aisle.
Even when staring at the mirror and making myself look stupid or imbecile.
There was once a point in my life where I discovered love.
And I thought it was the most amazing thing the world could have.
And I thought that love made stars and your eyes are made up of the galaxies above.
There was once a point in my life where I was happy.
It is when you hugged me from behind as we watched the sun met the sea.
It is when you would shower my face with kisses, made me feel special, and shared the cold bed with a warm degree.
There was once a point in my life where I cried.
I cried when you asked me to become your bride.
I cried when I remembered the embarassing but happy memories that we compiled.
I sighed.
You were my guide in this life.
But sadly,
You left me when you died.
There was once a point in my life where I was lonely,
My family argues all the time and it suddenly ends when they separated without kissing eachother goodbye.
There was once a point in my life where I tried to kill myself.
Those advices in the books were kept in the shelves.
But I got scared as I watched the blood in my wrist became darker and my mind momentarily asked for help.
There was once a point in my life where I lived.
Because sometimes, breathing doesn't mean that you are still living.
I am drowning in the deep sea and no matter what, I couldn't get myself back up and stare at the horizons meeting forewards and backwards.
And now, I would often just watch the clouds or how the thunder rumbles despite the rain and reminisce the memories I longed to perceive.
There was once a world.
There was once a person.
There was once a soul.
There was once a life.
There was once.
There was once.
But it was never enough.
