I am not feeling okay lately,
Everything is not okay.
I can feel my body go numb,
Honestly, I just want to go away.
This letters kept me going,
My monsters are haunting me.
My heart is hurting,
And my feelings are empty.
Please bear with me as I go through my healing,
I will try my best to not feel as if everything that I am is wrong.
I will continue this singing,
