"The moon is beautiful this night right?" She said as she smiles. She looks at the moon with that smile on her face. That very same smile that captivated me since the moment I first laid my eyes on her.

She looks at me, as if noticing my quietness as blood rushes in her cheeks and she blushes. She looks away and bit the inside of her cheek, a habit of hers since she was a child and glances back at me. "I mean. It has always been beautiful but today is an exception." She stammered but she looked back at the moon and her hazel eyes illuminated in the dark.

"Yes, it has always been beautiful." I finally said after releasing a deep breath I didn't know I have been holding.

But my eyes were not on the moon but rather, on her. It will always be her.

"Do you love me?" She asks and looks at me with the same hazel eyes that I fell in love with. She was so beautiful that she always has a way of making me out of breath.

"Of course." I replied.

She gave me a hug before she looks at the big and bright moon again.

"I love you too, Dad."
