I miss the moments of us, 

I miss the way I lean into your embrace like it was my home, 

But I know better than to be with someone who treated me like trash. 

I loved you with every bit of my being, 

Never less, always more. 

But you left me like I meant nothing, 

Now my heart is shattered through the core. 

How could you leave me behind with all of these unspoken promises? 

How could you be so cruel to someone who did everything to be better for you? 

How could you treat me as an option for your premises? 

How could you hurt me when all I did was to love you? 

I miss you so much that tears just dwell in my eyes, 

I held myself from calling you because of this pride.

I had sleepless nights because of our memories under the sky,

I miss you so much, but I'll rather not have you by my side.
