Gunshots firing,
Social media posting,
War on-going,
Sirens ringing.
Clocks ticking,
People crying,
Soldiers shooting,
Angels singing.
I've kept this for a long time,
In my heart there's a rhyme,
For people dying without a dime,
All of us, let us stop these crimes.
People, wake up!
The world is our enemy.
Yet I see humans,
But no humanity.
