Kaycee's P.O.V
"You can't be serious right now!" Tahani's hands slammed against our lunch table making several people turn around and look at her strangely.
I looked behind me and immediately regretted it. Now I see why Hani was so frustrated, hell with it, we all were!
The boys had gone wild since the video premiere and had now gotten to the point where they began dating girls left and right. Kissing in the corridors, waist holding, you name it! But that wasn't the only reason we were mad. Besides the boys attracting way too much girl attention, we were all mad because Tricia seemed to have completely forgotten about us. What with organising all kinds of gigs for the guys it must have been easy to not notice us.
Our practices were rare, even then we either did nothing or worked on back up dances for the guys' performances, even Cassandra started to worry.
"Han, we can't do anything about it! They've got their heads too high up in the clouds to care about our opinions" Mia reasoned helplessly. Over the past couple of weeks we've gotten closer to her as Jay had become more and more distant.
"Mia's right you know, maybe we should just leave it and wait for them to fall back to the ground?" Char asked shrugging her shoulders while picking at her salad.
Around the time of the bell we gathered our stuff and started heading to dance, quite exciting seeing as it's our first class in a while.
I pulled Mia with us, as she along with Jay had unofficially joined the dance squad. Jay was just there for the gigs and fame while Mia did really enjoy dancing with us.
We were walking around the boys' little fan circle reminding me of when the whole argument started. I guess I got too lost in my thoughts as now the ground was rushing towards me with a mixture of laughs echoing in my ears.
At the contact with the hard floor, reality came back to me and I recognised the laughs as ones of boy squad. Not only that but I saw Josh's foot by where mine were laying now.
I jolted up and brushed myself of, quickly waving of the girls' concerned questions to glare at Josh.
"You think it's funny huh? This isn't even being selfish idiots anymore, it's just full on bullying!" I yelled in his face making him stumble back into Ken.
"Oh is baby Kaycee hurt?" Ken mocked me, with my eyes rolling automatically. Out of the group I saw the least change in him, he was already an ass when we first met.
"Please, at least Kaycee isn't a coward who can't admitt to their own actions!" Bailey stepped up beside me looking at Ken in disgust and I could have sworn I saw him frown for a fraction of a second before plastering on his stupid smirk.
Before another argument could break out Tahani came between us with a smile "Come on girls, time is precious, don't want to waste it on useless trash" with a final sweet look at the group she pulled us out of the canteen.
"Ok we've got a plan!" Tati exclaimed excitedly.
"What? When? Where?" Bailey asked the exact questions floating in my head.
"Take boy squad down. While you two were having your little stand off with Ken. In the canteen" Tati replied confusing me even more. I guess the rest of the girls saw mine and Bailey's faces as they continued.
"Basically, you can clearly see that the guys aren't planning to return to the simple civilian lives, so why don't we knock them them down with their own weapons?"
My eyes widened as I realised what Tati was getting at "You mean, we should try and out dance them?" I asked slowly, receiving confirmation by their wicked grins.
"Come on, discuss this in the studio" Mia said opening the door.
"Genius" I heard Bailey mumble.
"I know right, how come we never thought of this before?" I could tell she felt the same by her flabbergast face.
"Okay so we were thinking of making it like public and do something to make the boys embarrassed" Char said while pacing before the mirror.
"What about performing in the canteen?" I asked.
"Yes!" Hani exclaimed jumping up.
We were all really excited about the plan and worked through the detailes together for a bit seeing as Tricia was nowhere to be found.
"Why don't we pick the song and choreograph now, we have like two hours in here" I suggested and the girls agreed as we couldn't find any other time to get together and practice.
We all suggested songs that we had learned choreo to, settling on a hip hop and jaz group routine and separate solos.
"Okay so we start here and then roll back and turn but don't look them in the eye" I was now teaching the girls the part of the group dance that I knew.
I can genuinely say that I enjoyed teaching someone else my choreo, maybe it's because they are my friends but it was still super fun.
"Wait so we only look them in the eye when we finish?" Tahani asked squinting her eyes in thought.
"Yeah, it's like teasing them by not giving them attention" Tati explained flipping her hair over her shoulder making us laugh.
"I say we practice this and get the lighting and music sorted by Thursday and perform Friday?" Char was noting everything down on a notepad as she spoke.
"Yeah so they won't get a chance to talk to us until Monday!"
"Hold your horses Bails, there's always a chance that they will be at Will's class on Saturday" I reminded her, making her grin drop a bit.
All I knew was that I was walking to class with Mia, and seeing as we don't talk much to the boys now, we had no idea whether they were going.
"Nevermind that, we have a performance to get ready for girls!" honestly, if I had Tati's enthusiasm.
