Kaycee Rice joins a high school where she discovers a whole new side to teenage life. Follow her through her life in high school, relationships, dance and maybe even drama she never expected.
"Kaycee!!! That's not allowed, you're ruining my ship!"
"Tahani I've already told you, Sean and I agreed that neither of us is ready for a relationship" Kaycee answered scrolling through her phone. KayHanAti were hanging out by Kaycee's pool since it was too hot to stay inside, despite it being late October already. "Besides he didn't mean the kiss anyway"
"What?"
"Calm down Hani, them two kissed to get Jack and Ellie of their backs" Tati explained calmly to her pacing best friend.
Tahani was breathing heavily, finding it difficult to chill out when her ship had just sank. A cold slushie helped a bit but what cought Tahani's attention was the fact that Kaycee was paying no attention to the conversation. The girl had her earbuds in, looking at her phone with furrowed eyebrows.
"Earth to Kaycee?" Tati waved her hand in front of her face, in the process snatching the phone.
"The rehersals begin Tuesday, at West Coast Dance Theater" Tati read aloud "what's wrong with that Kayc?"
"That's the day we organised to meet the boys" Tahani answered plopping down in a sunbed, looking sadly into distance, knowing that the rehersals can't be moved.
"Oh well, they know that we have a grand big tour comming up so they'll get over it" Tati gave the phone back to Kaycee who was sipping on her drink slowly.
"Maybe you're right..."
...Tuesday...
Sean, Gabe and Will were goofing around in the dance studio, waiting for their respective dance partners since the others were on a mandatory field trip.
"Yes Sean!" Will laughed as Sean graciously fell out of his turns. The boy bowed just as the studio door creeked open revealing the three girls they were waiting for.
"Hey Tot!" Gabe quickly hugged Tati, lifting her of the ground slightly, getting giggles out of the said girl.
"Why do you all look so sad?" Sean asked Kaycee ruffling her hair with a laugh.
"Guys, we're busy after school so we can't go bowling with you" Kaycee answered looking down.
"How cute, they're sad they can't be with us" Sean laughed giving the girl next to him a side hug.
"Shove of" Kaycee laughed spinning out of Sean's grip "but is it alright with you guys?"
"Course it is. We know all of you have the tour rehersals coming up so it's fine" Will relpied smiling.
The six started their warm up, taking a few weird pictures in the mirror while they waited for Tricia.
