"Do you know your lovely father payed me a visit the other night?" Liam asked, crossed armed from the front of the living room.
"Of course I do." I replied from the couch. "I know everything that goes on before you do."
"So then I'm guessing you know he almost torched my place, beat the crap out of me and stole my car?" He questioned. "All to keep me from taking his little girl away."
"I threw a few punches, it's not my fault you went down so easy." My Dad said with a sick grin from the back of the room where he stood with Ross.
I had a good poker face which I had on ever since Liam had arrive. I glared back at my dad with wide eyes, I had no idea. Before turning back and looking at Liam, leant back on the sofa, the image of calmness displayed on my face. "Of course." I shrugged.
"I was trying to be nice and handle this like adults, should've known things would get messy when I played with the Kingsley's." He said.
"I guess you should of." I smirked.
"But you should know that my house is fully rigged with CCTV and I have the whole thing on film, the break in, the theft, the beating and you chucking petrol all over my hallway." Liam smirked. "That really won't look good in court."
"And your head really won't look good separated from your body." My Dad threatened, pushing off the table at the back of the room and standing up straight.
"Tut, tut." Liam grinned. "I've already sent a copy of this to my friend who will show it to the police if you pull anything, well, Tom Kingsley's like."
"What do you want Liam? I doubt you came here just to tell us that. You want your car back?" I questioned, pulling the keys out of my pocket and presenting them on my palm. "Here."
He stepped forward and leant for them but I quickly clasped my hand shut around it. "That's not what you came here for, I can see it."
"Well honestly I expected the car to be gone by now, it's not like you Kingsley's to work slowly." He scoffed. "But you're right, my original offer stands, accept now it's not an offer, it's a demand."
"Get to the point, I'm getting bored." Ross ordered.
"Who's this?" Liam asked, looking at me.
"The guy who's going to kick your teeth in." Ross said. "I don't have any loyalties to these lot, so go a head, try releasing it. Tom gets locked up and I put you six foot under, doesn't matter to me."
"Okay, okay." Liam said, backing up slightly. He was afraid of Ross, of all of us, I saw straight through his cocky cover but there was nothing I or anyone else could do about it now.
"So?" Will pressed.
"Like I said when I first found out. I want Maddy to live with me, that way I can be there for all things baby and well keep an eye on her, make sure she isn't doing anything to endanger my child."
"You child?" I snapped, standing up. "I'm sorry, I didn't realise you'd been carrying it around inside of you for the past five months."
"Our child." He corrected himself. "But I'm not a complete monster, I understand you're happiest here and your moods must affect the baby somehow so, month eighth of the pregnancy I want you fully moved in. Which gives you about three months until I'll send movers for your stuff."
"You're insane." I stated, pacing slightly. "You can't make me live with you."
"I think I just did."
"Okay fine." I said. "But you know just as well as I do that this isn't over, I'm a Kingsley and you know what that means. One way or another, you'll end up paying for this."
I could sense my dads grin.
"Until then, this'll have to do." I said before tossing Ross his keys. "You'll have to do without that."
"I'm rich," He laughed. "I've already bought a new one."
I smiled at him before placing my hand gently on his shoulders. Suddenly, I ran my knee into his delicate area, causing all the men in the room to flinch slightly as he barrelled over. "Tell me when you buy a new one of them." I whispered, pushing him over to my dad who had worked his way to the front of the room. He gladly threw him out.
